Customers recognize the exceptional print quality and ease of use of the Neverstop 1001nw Wireless Black-And-White Laser Printer. Many appreciate its compact size and straightforward setup process, while some find the paper tray design and price to be less satisfactory. Positive feedback also highlights the printer's quiet operation and reliable performance. However, the lack of automatic duplexing is a noted drawback for some users.

Very quick response time. Haven’t needed to replace toner yet but it appears that will be a speedy process & quite easy. Unit is compact & takes far less space than my prior inkjet model. I’m pleased all around with this product.

This is a good product for home use. It's quick to print, setup is super easy and refills are affordable. Would be even greater if it was $100 cheaper, but over a longer period of time, it should still pay off.

This particular printer and model has more than adequately met my printing needs. Toner lasts a significant amount of time and you will not miss purchasing ink jet cartridges any longer.. highly recommended.

Great small printer. Not a huge powerhouse but good for a small home office as it doesn't take up too much space. Good print quality.

Setup is really easy and the print quality is great. A low cost alternative to ink jet printers and the high cost of cartridges.

My god this printer is fast, it just churns out the pages at an unbelievable rate. You can't compare a injet to the speed of this printer. Nice crisp prints and even though this is just a black and white printer pictures and images comes out clear and the shading is just right. It's not what I would call cheap but it supposed to be economical to run. The reason I got this over a injet is that I don't need color and am sick and tired of buying those expensive ink cartridges that end up costing more then the printer. The toner for this is only $16 for 2,500 pages which is incredible.

Still fiddling with it. Copies aren't bold-but I may have to adjust settings. It's my first toner printer-toner is much cheaper but seems like there's downfall of quality not being as good as ink. That said, it does what it's supposed to do. I might of went with something different but there weren't many options at the time.. Seems a bit expensive for a printer that just prints and doesn't scan-tho you can use your phone to take pictures of documents-you lose out on quality of the print but, it works and is acceptable so I'm not a huge fan and wish I had better options at the time. But I don't blame BB because the stimulus checks have done it's job I guess, people are consuming everything! Quality of machine decent-but not it's output.

I am a fan and user of Samsung printers for my smog/ auto repair shop and was disappointed to see Samsung no longer making printers but happy to see HP taking over and providing the same quality of printers and I am satisfied with the quality and the workability of this printer, very easy to set up as its all plug and play, the printer is very fast as I’m constantly printing. Overall very satisfied with build quality, printing quality and its durability!!!

Loved the easy setup process (on Mac) and small footprint. However it was a bit loud and ultimately I opted to return in favor of a more robust option.
If noise isn't an issue and this is for low to medium volume this would be a solid choice!

"Neverstop" Stopped

The HP Neverstop printer was great--until it stopped, one month out of warranty. One day mid-page it just quit. No power, no lights, nothing. We didn't even make it through half of the original toner cartridge.
Four calls over two hours to HP yielded a disconnection, transfer to an automated system, the wrong department and a warranty representative who could not hear me when the transferring rep could. I couldn't even get to a point of trying to plead for understanding, or to see if a repair was possible.
Best Buy was marginally better, where a Geek Squad person did some low-level troubleshooting which, while ineffective, was appreciated. I was also informed that printers are not serviced in-store; they require in-home appointments which cost $80 up front. Not terrible if you and your business can live for a week without a printer. We can't.
After 20 years of service from an HP 1022n printer, this mid-level machine seemed like a no-brainer, and it was five stars until yesterday. Abysmal customer service and a waste of $329 (we didn't go cheap for this reason) on what was supposed to be an industry-leading product leave me wondering what to do.
We probably got a lemon based on other reviews, but there's no support for this.
