I bought this to make flashcards and in the discription said it did double sided printing. In reality you have to flip the page and re-load it. Other than that issue this has been a very good printer for us.

Great printer…guess I didn’t read the fine print…automatically thought it should be a printer copier combo…hard to believe in this day n age they are still sepat

I am not a computer geek and I hate user names passwords etc. I was very pleased with the simplicity of setting this printer up. I followed the directions and used one trouble shooting tip and to my surprise and delight! Everything works great!

I USE THIS LASER PRINTER IN MY TAX PRACTICE. IT REMINDS ME OF THE ENERGIZER BUNNY. IT PRINTS EVERY TIME I ASK IT, AND DOES IT VERY QUICKLY. NO DRAMA. I RECOMMEND IT.

Using in home office, low print volume. Quick and easy installation. Using wired connection, no problems. Clean, crisp output. Only issue is older operating system might not have driver (one of mine doesn't).

Printer works great, easy to install and app is great to link all devices. I love the fact that it is a laser printer and the toner goes a long way, we have printed over 300 pages and the toner cartridge is still full.

HP really got this printer down. I’m not a huge fan of them but thought I would try them out. Toner is lasting a while, really smooth and sharp prints. I recommend setting it to the label print setting it heats up the pages better! Thank you!!

So far I have no complaints. Easy to set up even for a novice like me. The set up was easy love the fact that I will never run out of ink that process is easy and reliable

Been using this printer for a while now. It’s absolutely the best if you need to print a lot each week. Be alert that this printer only supports black and white and no coping function.

Quick and easy setup. Prints documents in like 2 seconds. Very happy with purchase. Would recommend for home office, students, and anyone really. Worth the price if you’re looking for a black and white printer.

Right out of the box, you can see the no nonsense design. As it was made for just office use, it does not pop in anyway. This is not a bad thing by any means. I personally like the minimalist design. It comes with the basic printer, USB cable, and power cable. Setting it up was incredibly easy. I had no problems installing on both Mac and PC. Just download the apps and follow the instructions. You can also set up AirPrint on iOS devices which is great. Connectivity is pretty standard with WiFi 802.11 BGN and ethernet. Something that was highly unusual about this printer is HP's new bizarre method for toner. You don't use cartridges and instead you "refill" with a huge injector. You can see the toner level on the front indicator. The printer actually comes with toner pre-installed which HP claims is enough for 5000 pages, so I have not needed to refill the toner. However, I am a fan of this design. I think it is more cost-effective with less waste. New toner injector does NOT come with the printer. The printer has decent performance. Print speed is claimed to be 21 ppm which I would say is fairly accurate (real life use was SLIGHTLY slower). Text was crisp. However, images were kind of horrendous with a fair bit of banding. In fairness, the printer was probably not made to print high definition photos but it is something to note. Text documents yes. Images no. It isn't obnoxiously loud when printing which further adds to its value as an office printer. If you want duplex printing, you have to manually flip the pages. The thing that really detracts from this printer is the paper tray. It's not a simple sliding mechanism. You have to remove the cover and then slide in paper and replace the cover. It was very annoying. I have no idea why they decided to go with this design. You also can't see when you're running out of paper easily. All in all, a good printer. It is great for that office printer use that just sits in the corner. I think the toner system is great and actually look forward to trying to replace it.

I wish they had a color version of this (maybe they do) it is awesome, the only downfall and its a big one is it does not have auto duplex printing, you have to take the paper off the top and put it back where the paper is and press the button. that is just a hassle, i didn't look when i bought it so that is my fault, i just assumed all printers have that now! i print a lot and use this in an office and have only refilled the toner one time and toner for this is not expensive and HP cannot make me buy HP toner LOL, but their refills are inexpensive so i sometimes do anyways

great little printer, for what you pay for. Love the WiFi capabilities and the quality is perfect. Was looking for an affordable jet printer which last twice along as ink printer cartridges. 44

My mom bought this for work and she loves it. I love that I can print from my room to the living room next door without any issues via wireless print.

I purchased the printer as a gift, and the recipient is very pleased with it. It allows him to print from any device and location -very convenient. It’s economical. All in all a great gift.

Liking this printer so far. East out of the box use. A definite "Plu-N-Play" Love the idea of refillable cartridges for a laser printer. And very reasonable toner prices.
