    My old HP printer was great but discontinued so after my apt was flooded I was in need of a new printer. Setup was a tad bit confusing but after this shapes up fairly well. Plus 1 yr free ink and 6 months free paper refills!

    I love HP products but this printer is not the best I have had. It is excellent but the print cartridges are difficult to open and insert, especially for someone like me with arthritic hands. Other than that, it does what I need it to do and I especially like the photos it prints - best I have experienced in all my printers!

    Its features are simple but it is complete. Double sided print, copier. The hp subscription also checks out! We don’t have to worry about running out of ink and had to go to the grocery to get some ink. Would definitely recommend!

    I've used HP printers for years and have loved them. This one is no different. The only issue we've been having is getting the fax to work properly, but I'm sure it's something we've done on our end. HP makes quality products. The only issue I have is why getting the fax up and running hasn't been as simple as I would've thought.
