I have not had it very long. My old one was over ten years old so a lot of new stuff. I have not yet used the scanner portion. This is the first time in thirty years I have had four seperate ink cartages so after I figured out how to open the ink compartment got them set correctly and so far, all is fine. I am pretty old and still learning newer equipmnet. HP is my favorite company for printers.

Nice printer BUT BestBuy FAILED to get my ”One Year Free Ink”with my purchase as advertised and promised by sales rep. I have spent a three hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue. BestBuy Gurnee has NO contact phone. Talked to BestBuy, overseas of course, HP and HP InstantInk. Each blamed the other. Final statement was it was a BestBuy offer. I am still trying and won’t give up. Will BESTBUY try to contact me?

Good affordable Hp printer ease to use I recommend it for home school or office as a tip get the monthly plan for cartridges.

For what I need from a printer this model handles all I need it to do

I’ve owned HP printers and many other devices and wouldn’t think of purchasing other brands because of their effortless and dependable products.

It has been a long while since retirement having to set up any type of "office" equipment! I was expecting a real battle but it did not happen!! Instructions were straightforward and easy! This "All in one printer" and I are at peace and the very best of friends!! All is well on the home front!! Thanks Best Buy and H P!

Great printer for all my needs. I was able to use wifi gor printing from my phone and also plug in for printing from my work laptop.

Have to keep unplugging it to get it to work, will not stay on line offline after every use. Even when you print something. The front display does nothing. So DISAPPOINTED

This printer is great for a home office set up. Quality and speed are very good. I like the wireless connectivity which allows me to print from any device. Would definitely recommend buying this printer!

I find this is a great printer it deliver great quality pictures are as clear as see on the V commercials Only down fall the ink is kind of pricy

Its okay. My older model of the same thing performed well, however for this I had to return it and get a new one because it didnt function out of the box at all. Wouldnt connect to any wifi network. After exchanged the new one did, but that is something to consider.

Print works amazing. Had it for couple months now.

Arrived safely, as described, works fine, nice features. The paper tray holds alot of printing paper. The digital touch screen is more convenient. More advanced then my previous all in one printers.

Love my nice new printer works so nice! It’s not as bulky as the last one! Just love HP printers they hold up nicely and have great support!

I just purchased it and installed it and was working fine. Now it states no air printer.
