I am not a "techy" person, so I'm sure I am not getting the total value out of this printer, but I am pleased with the ease of using it even with my limitations. Just a day or two ago found faxing a document was very easy. I have had absolutely no negative issues with the HP-8135e printer, with possible exception of the exorbitant cost of ink cartridges (common among all printers, I found) and would recommend it to anyone considering purchasing it.

I found the install was much more than indicated in the directions and HP site. The printer is slower than expected and has to be reinitialized every 24 hours or it goes off-line

Product looks flimsy. Operation and set up is easy and prints well. Haven't tried any big jobs on it yet. I had to replace my HP 8620 printer which felt sturdy compared to this.

My previous printer was an HP, all in one. It served us well for several years.
My main purpose in purchasing a new printer was to have another all in one model with a document feeder for scanning.
I checked this model out in the store along with talking to a customer service rep.
I chose this model based on the following:
Document feeder.
Individual ink cartridges. I don’t do enough printing to warrant a tank system. Plus, some models use a single cartridge with all colors within.

Seems like a good printer so far. Had an HP7520 before this….doesn’t seem as sturdy, heavy duty as that one. Good for the amount paid. Handles normal, every day printing.

‼️DO NOT BUY. Read the other 1 star reviews. Trust them. This printer is absolutely garbage. It never connects to my HP Laptop. I can only print with it from my iPhone and even then it takes 6 minutes to print 3 pages on basic black and white quality.
It's garbage. HP printers used to be excellent. Now they're trash. I'm switching to brothers printers.
They're more expensive but are better working machines that actually obey commands immediately.

It works well. I would like a bigger screen but I can live with this. operating the machine from the screen is a little confusing, I think a better job could have been done on order of functions. Example finding size adj. is not clear.

I've had this for a few months now and I have to say it is the worst printer I've ever owned and I've owned printers for my pc since the 90's. The on-off button is horribly quirky. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Printing is haphazard in quality. It can print nicely for awhile, then suddenly ink streaks appear. Then it can print ok for awhile again. And I linked it to my computer via direct cable connection and it takes a long, long time to get ready to print. No better with WIFI. Total waste of money and it wasn't cheap.
