    I hate that it is made out of rather flimsy plastic. It doesn't affect the way it copies, but if someone bumped into it or shut it too hard, I believe it would break. I like HP products, so I bought it. Time will tell if it holds up.

    Definitely not as functional as my former HP Officejet 8620 but it will do. If you're looking for speed you won't get it with this one. Overall a decent printer at a good price point.

    I used to like the 8130e Printer. I, like a lot of other people, did not want to pay $200.00 for printer cartridges. So I bought the chip-compatible cartridges for about $80.00. and all worked fine... HERE'S MY ISSUE: WARNING FOR HP PRINTER OWNERS: "HP LOCKING YOU OUT" IF YOU ARE USING NON-HP PRINT CARTRIDGES, THE LATEST FIRMWARE UPDATE WILL LOCK YOU OUT & REQUIRE YOU TO BUY THE VERY HIGH-PRICED HP-PRINT CARTRIDGES FROM THEM.... ALSO, THE AUTO FIRMWARE UPDATE WILL BECOME GREYED OUT, AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MANUALLY UPDATE FIRMWARE..

    The printer is pretty great. I had some issues during the setup process but it resolved itself after unplugging, restarting, and manually updating the firmware. Other than that its been a great printer.
