No more hitting control P and I got my printed copy. Every new product I purchase requires more and more training for me. Not easy to find someone to train me.

I would have preferred the new add your ink model , but it did not have the options I required . Last model 's printer head lasted three years. Cheaper to buy a new printer. Customer service was more interested in selling me a new printer and ink service than admitting these printers will not last much more than their warranted period of time.

Still don't know how/if I can scan, but maybe i'll be able to. It's noisy and slower than my 10-year old Canon.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The item makes copies, and prints from laptop but will not print from any mobile devices which is the primary reason I bought it to do...it says it's ready to print but you go into the HP Smart app and it continues to state unable to print...I spent 6 hours total with support and they couldn't figure it out...tried to blame the device, however my old printer which was an HP8600 Office Jet worked fine with all our mobile devices. So IMO the printer is useless and I would avoid getting it if you want to print from mobile device

I print to a file and after turning my computer off and back on again I get my prints, even 2 sided. In searching the internet, there is definitely an issue between this printer and everyday apps. Very disappointed. Copies fine, b&w or color.
