Good purchase - worth the price! Great multiple use machine.

worst installation ever...i mean, it is shocking how complicated and ridiculous they have made this. HP needs to fire whomever developed this process. if i had money to burn, i'd set this thing on fire.

Almost a Perfect Printer. The OfficeJet 9015e is replacing one of the best printers I have owned, the Canon MX922. The HP 9015e prints and scans much faster than Canon MX922. I can confirm the following features which made me stick with it despite having to return it to the store today for a replacement unit. It does auto duplex printing and scanning so I don't have to manually flip the paper when using this printer which makes scanning bills into searchable PDF docs a breeze. The HP 9015e has a great feature where you can setup a shortcut directly on the printer so you can send your scans to your OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., accounts without the need of your computer. You can also scan documents for digital faxes without needing a landline. If you don't want to participate in the HP Ink program, simply buy your own ink instead of using the subscription ink that comes with the printer because the provided ink will be deactivated when you stop using the HP Ink program. I signed up for the 700 pages a program for 6 mo. free and they already sent 2 ink refills to ensure I have enough ink at home despite not printing that much. If you don't print 700 pages, it rolls over to the next month. I plan to roll it back down to the $.99 or $4.99 a mo. level since I don't print that much (15-100 pgs. mo.). Just know that HP will deactivate the ink if it detects you are using their subscription ink after cancelling the subscription so have your own ink if you still want to print. The Printer sounds like it will break at any moment, and I guess it did because I took it back when scanning to OneDrive produced an error message only when scanning from the Printer after it comes out of sleep mode. It worked after I cleared the error message but didn't have that problem when using the same shortcut from my laptop or phone. While I can't print directly to DVDs like the MX922 or place regular paper and 4x6 photo paper in the printer at the same time, the easy of printing directly from my iPhone/Android devices, laptops, and scanning directly from the printer to cloud or networked storage devices makes this almost a perfect printer. Hope the printer works out, and yes, I contacted HP same day tech support twice which was nice since they have 7 day a week support using chat or phone support.

Was disappointed in the quality of this printer in comparison to the Office Jet Pro 8720 I purchased 2.5 years ago! Bought this printer with the intention of using it in conjunction with the 8720. This was to be my 2nd paper tray for envelopes and special printing projects. It jammed every time I tried to print envelopes. The window in the upper left hand corner is very small and hard to read. It has a lot of non printing functions (i.e. scanning to accounting software) that I will never use. Returned it for a refund.

Immediately began receiving error messages upon power-up. No troubleshooting worked. Returned it a few days after purchase.

Works pretty much right out of the box. Very easy to set up.

Fast shipping and printer works great. Happy with purchase.

not good lock up and stopped working without much use, will never purchase another best buy offered no help to get it fixed.

Little tricky on the use, but Google videos help with that.

I am not very happy with this printer. There are too many software/ glitchy issues. The reviews and videos made this appear to be a great home office type printer but I plan to buy a new one and not from HP.
