    The quality of the copies, scans, and prints are as good as the competitors. However, expect it to take FOREVER. I print a lot and this machine has gravely slowed down my productivity.

    Printer continually fails to stay online with my HP computer. Since both are HP products, one of them has some defects. I mean they are literally three feet apart.

    Thin Flimsy Plastic, Paper Jams

    This was such a major disappointment! Using all HP products at work and rushing to set up my home office my first instinct was to get this HP All-in-One for my home office. The first thing I noticed unpacking it is how unbelievably light thin and flimsy the unit is. Every time you try to slide the paper tray in and out the entire printer goes with it! And you will be taking that paper tray out a lot because I have never had any printer have so many paper jams before. After the initial setup it was just one paper jam after another! With the current situation as it is forcing everyone to shelter at home due to the Corona virus having to return this unit will not be easy. I cannot recommend this unit and would advise anyone considering it to steer clear and pick a different brand.

    WOW IS THIS INK EXPENSIVE. I like the concept of it and all but wow do I really miss my laser jet if I am honest here. It does make pretty prints though

    It was ok for a while. It did seem at 1st that the lines on what was printed was fuzzy. Now the heads went bad. I was disappointed the last HP we had worked great.
