||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a printer the all in one 9010 started printing would print and miss a couple or when sending fax not all pages would be received quite a few. Gave it back and bought the HP 9015 out of the box the fax would take FIVE HOURS to fax six pages, the next day had to send a fax 30 pages at 6 PM the machine finished sending at 8 AM this is outrages the printer was installed by a professional technician. The next day I called the technician and he said it has nothing to do with the line or the receiving end its the machine which is defective. Called HP on the phone they keep waiting for 45 minutes and when they answer the call is dropped and you have to start all over again being on hold. Result the printer can not be used and I am stuck with it.

Not happy at all with this

Posted .Hi there.
I’m sorry you’ve had a difficult start with your printer. I can wholly understand your disappointment, considering the ink cartridges in your printer have run out, and they did not last six months like you expected. I want to help you resolve this issue, so I’ll provide some resources and clarifying information that I hope will reach that goal.
First, the ink cartridges that arrived with your printer are not designed to last six months. Rather, your printer purchase included an option of six months free in our Instant Ink program. In this program, you choose the number of pages you’d like to print monthly, and replacement cartridges are shipped as needed based on usage. You should have had the opportunity to enroll in this free trial offer when you set up the printer.
If you enrolled in Instant Ink, when your printer needs them, replacement cartridges will be sent to you. If you didn’t, the XL replacement cartridges designed for your printer that you would buy from a retailer have estimated yields of 1,600 to 2,000 pages, while the regular size are expected to produce 700 to 1,000 pages.
If you need further clarification or believe a problem exists with your printer, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
For more information about Instant Ink, I suggest you contact that program. To reach an online agent via chat or by phone, follow this link:

Disappointed but had to return.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lot's of good reviews. This was my experience. None of the cartridges "clicked" into place. The printer failed to recognize them. I followed the support instructions and reset the printer after which it recognized the cartridges, thanked me for using genuine HP, and pushed me to print the alignment page. The alignment page printed but the screen said my Y and M cartridges were empty and the set up protocol would not continue - presumably until I changed the cartridges. I chatted with Help. It did not help. My only option seemed to be to spend $65 on a set of color cartridges to see if that "fixed" the problem. Given that difficulty, the lack of a secure fit for the cartridges, and some really questionable noises from the machine, I decided to cut my losses and return the machine. Hope you have better luck.

Fast Color Printer that's Web Friendly
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 is a color inkjet printer with mobile connectivity that's capable of scanning and copying documents. Starting from the unboxing, the printer is relatively compact with just one paper tray. It looks like a traditional printer/scanner combo, and not the typical inkjet form factor.Setup is carried out via a touch screen panel on the front of the printer. The touchscreen is decent, not the most responsive but it's not like you're playing a video game on it. Next to the touchscreen is a plastic panel that hides the inkjet cartridges. Like all modern inkjets, there's a separate black cartridge plus the three color ones. Unfortunately, this plastic panel, while it snaps well into place, is a bit too long and only latches with plastic pieces. As a result, it feels flimsy. If there are kids around that can reach the printer, I can guarantee they will break it. After installing the ink, the next step is printing a calibration page. Unlike some typical validation pages, the printer prints a special page that you then insert into the scanner which is scanned and used to adjust the printer settings. That's pretty cool. After that, I moved on to setting up the wifi connection. After selecting the SSID, one enters the password via a modified T9 keyboard. This is the original texting on dumbphones where one key would be used to select 3 or 4 letters from the alphabet. The problem is instead of tapping the same button multiple times to cycle through each letter, you tap the group first, then it pops open another screen where you tap the letter you want. This makes things a bit slow and could be better designed. After configuration, I moved to scanning and printing. With printing,I installed two HP apps. One which lets you print and scan from the 9015, another which is just a printer driver that enables printing from any app. Printing documents from my phone worked well. In fact, this is when I noticed what I think is a killer feature of this printer. Heck, it's not really a feature, I didn't notice it prominently advertised. It prints full color pages incredibly quickly. I expect when just printing in color mode that it would have good speed but the speed with color blew me away. I can see why it looks like a normal office printer - you get speed and performance. Print quality was pretty good. Scanning to the app or to print a copy also worked well. The other things I liked was the online connectivity. I was able to add it as a google cloud printer which enabled me to immediately print from my PCs from anywhere I have internet access. The HP mobile app adds more functionality, allowing you to scan to your HP account or to email. I tend not to like the walled garden experience and so would prefer not being tied to HP for the smart features. I think the mobile app helps bridge the gap - I can scan to the phone and from there, upload to my preferred web storage. In all, this is a great printer. The issues I've identified are what keep me from giving it a five star rating but this is definitely a good home office or small business printer. Small business-wise, another feature of the printer is that you can set up auto refill of ink.

Posted .Hi there.
I am so sorry to hear that you received a printer that did not include setup ink cartridges. I can imagine how disappointing and disconcerting this must have been, so I want to provide information to help you make it right.
First, I can’t say for sure what happened in your situation, but what you describe can occur when a printer is sold, returned to the seller, then sold again to a different buyer without being adequately inspected before shipment.
Because you expected to receive a new printer with all the necessary components, I recommend you contact the seller to address this promptly. You can do that by scrolling to the bottom of the Best Buy website and clicking Orders & Returns.
If it turns out this was not an error by the seller, or you need any technical assistance, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find a solution. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

HP OfficeJet Pro 9015
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Piece of junk. Software doesn't work well. Spent hours & hours to get it networked. It would work for a while then stop for no reason. Had to re-install software multiple times. Was OK when it worked. Then I found out about the "free ink". Free only ir you signed up to their plan and gave them your credit card. Free ink only works if you have a paid for plan with them. Even the ink provided with the printer stops working if you cancel their plan. DO NOT BUY.
