      Hi there,

I'm so sorry to hear that the printer isn't maintaining a steady connection to your network. I can certainly understand how inconvenient this must be and I assure you that it’s far from the seamless experience that we intend on providing. With that said, let's try a few things to remedy this.

First, I suggest taking the recommended steps in this 'Offline Printer' document:
      - Windows: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04249080
      - Mac: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04249334

As a supplement to that, this link will guide you through solutions for a wide range of other wireless issues: hp.dezide.com/ts/start.jsp?guide=Printer_Does_Not_Maintain_Wireless_Connection.net

If this falls short, I hope you'll consider contacting us for support. We would be more than happy to work with you on resolving this, so you can get in touch via your preferred method (call, chat, etc.) at this link: hp.com/contactHP

Ink cartridges that came with printer keep popping out causing a jam. Had a leakage error, cartridges started leaking causing a mess, Was on line with HP for several hours then dropped. Rolling blackouts stopped my trying to get resolution. Saw where other people have had the same problem. Have owned several HP printers, never problems like this just setting up machine!

This printer did not like the security level of my wifi-network, and never was able to successfully connect to WiFi. Quick search online shows this is a common problem requiring a decrease in network security. In 2020, this is a complete joke and I will never consider HP again for anything. My 5+ year old Brother printer loves my high security network, proving this is just HP incompetence.

Pros: -prints very fast -prints wirelessly, effortlessly -captures the colors well in the images selected -printer communicates w/HP (setup required) and notifies Hp when ink is running low and can send out automatic ink cartridges; monthly fee and subscription required. -customer service was very helpful with questions and wait times was low. -faxes communicated well and notification as to amount of pages sent were confirmed via an automatic printout. -fax set up was very easy using the attached touchscreen. -the printer is light and can easily be moved to different rooms in case you find a better spot for it or you don’t want to disrupt someone while printing. -the touchscreen attached is easy to use and you can select to print on photo paper or regular paper on the screen as well as choose size of paper. -you May name the printer whatever you wish in the touchscreen and that’s what will show on the top of page when you fax -the prints dry quickly -the picture quality on photo paper is quite good and captures the rich tones. I used glossy 4x6 and was very pleased, and will buy 8x10 to really enjoy this printer. -no more waiting for prints from outside sources when you want them instantly, especially since many businesses have stopped the instant print machines due to the pandemic. -All in all, a really good printer. Cons: -very Noisy IN between printing, upon turning on and shutting off. -set up was a bit tricky -must download App on all devices that want to communicate and print wirelessly to printer. -uses up color ink quickly Overall a good printer and I would recommend.

This is probably the worst printer I have ever purchased. It constantly jams. It frequently spits out several blank pages at one time. Very difficult to get it restarted after a jam clear. Not reliable to print double sided. Have owned it for two months. It has become much less reliable recently. Very disappointed that Best Buy will not stand behind the product after only two weeks.

This HP Printer is extremely easy to set up - especially to the WiFi network. I've had issues with other printers set up, but this one was a breeze. The instructions were clear and concise and there were no issues. The print quality exceeded my expectations. I use it to print black and white artwork as well as full color brochures. The print speed for such high quality is also impressive. I'm not a fan of monthly payment software, but with the Instant Ink it is nice to not worry about ordering ink. I haven't compared the price to just purchasing the ink, but it seems comparable. Overall, this is one of the best printers I've owned.

      Hi there.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer arrived with ink cartridges that are not fit to use. It’s easy to understand why that would be quite an unsettling surprise, so I’ll offer some resources that I hope will help.

First, I can’t say for sure what happened in your situation, but what you describe can occur when a printer is sold, returned to the seller, then sold again to a different buyer without being adequately inspected before shipment. Because you expected to receive a printer with all the necessary components, I recommend you contact the seller to address this promptly. You can find the seller by scrolling to the bottom of the Best Buy website and clicking Orders & Returns.

I will also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date, so you might make use of it if you need to. To verify the warranty, you can use the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

Its extremely easy to set up all devices to this printer for direct, wireless and mobile printing. The Geek Squad Tech, Dylan, found this printer for me and saved me over $100.
