I got a very good deal at Best Buy and got credit for recycling the old printer. It works well but feels and sounds cheaper than the 15 year old HP 8600. The cartridges are smaller, and the insistence on keeping the printer online makes me uncomfortable.

Ordered a new printer, actually it was my third Brother printer. I was excited to finally go “wireless “. My setup was a nightmare, you know, “is it me?” or “is it you?”…bottom line it was a defective printer. The tech support I received at the local BestBuy was nothing short but incredible. I replaced the problem with this HP printer and everything has worked well…thank you BestBuy!

Very good print and good quality. Very easy to use

We've been using our new OfficeJet Pro 9015E pretty heavily these last few weeks and it's a workhorse for sure. Set up was a breeze, the machine is easy to use and the software is intuitive. I expect it will handle all of our scan and print needs or a long, long time.

This printer works very well with card stock which was a criteria for buying it. I am also pleased with the vibrant colors it produces. It is solidly built and prints fast. I haven't had to change the ink yet so I can't say how easy or difficult it's going to be. I researched several printers and glad I chose this one.

HP printer does what it is supposed to.... scans, copies and faxes....and is basically user friendly.

This unit replaced my first HP that lasted seven years before needing a printer head replacement whose replacement costs would be $160. Decided to buy a new printer instead, even if though the older printer otherwise was in good working order. The quality and performance of the new printer have measured up to my expectations. I would highly recommend it as an all in one printer.

This printer can handle all your printing needs, from everyday documents to high-quality photos and images. The issue we had with this printer was the longevity of the ADF scanner tray. This is our 2nd model. Broke after the first year.

I’ve obviously had a number of printers over the years, and the majority of them have been HPs. I’ve tried a few other brands but always come back to them. On top of that, my favorite line of HP printers is the Officejet Pro. This printer is the latest in the Officejet Pro series and it did not disappoint. For me, this will be replacing another HP printer that I haven’t had for very long. The biggest differences and what I found I missed with that printer are the on screen controls (on the printer rather than having to rely only on your smart phone) and the ability to handle larger print, scan, and copy jobs. Since the Officejet has a feeder tray, it can handle multipage jobs with ease and it makes my life so much easier. I like to scan in any and all paper records that I get so that I only have to maintain electronic files. Having a printer/scanner that I can essentially set and forget is awesome rather than having to put a page in one at a time. This is also the second printer I’ve had from HP that works on their HP+ program. The printer can tell when it’s running low on ink and will automatically order more when you’re running low through HP+. Don’t worry though, you set the parameters so you don’t spend too much or end up with way more ink than you need. Bottom line, HP printers are my go to, and the Officejet series is one of the best. I don’t think you can go wrong with this printer whether you’re using it for home jobs or in a small office setting.

I replaced a Model 9010 with this model 9015e. Neither was ever very quiet or fast. This specific printer does not have a sound of the printer mechanism moving preparing to print like the old one. The wifi connection takes what seems to be a long time to connect and begin printing. The material that is printed is good quality, it works on different weights of paper, and provides what I need. While I would appreciate a faster model and quieter printing, it works okay at this time. Maybe I need a different printer to get the speed I want and the quiet.

Setup was drop dead simple. The computer identified the existing Wi-Fi network, and connected itself flawlessly. Printing from the Mac and Apple portable devices has been flawless. HP has done their homework to make this as easy as possible. I am thoroughly satisfied with the printer. Would buy again if the need arose

9015e HP Printer, excellent quality Easy to install

It is a very good product I give it 5 stars because I cannot qualify it with 10 stars. It has a very good resolution, the copies come out very well and the photos are excellent. Thank you for this product. 10 stars

I previously had an HP 8600 Office Jet Pro. The new printer functions fine and has some excellent features, but its construction is far from being as sturdy and user friendly as the HP 8600 Office Jet Pro.

We had bought cheaper printers in the past and they were not able to meet our needs. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Inkjet Printer meets those needs and more. Very happy with this purchase.

This printer is an amazing product and with the sale price and 15% off for returning your old printer makes it a real buy. The HP rep, Steve, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He knew what the ins and outs of printers are and was willing to share his vast knowledge with us. Yeah, Steve! Steve told us that the photo print quality was good. I used to have an Epson Artisan 730 which was a top photo printer. The OfficeeJet Pro 9015 surpasses the Artisan by far. Even on plain paper photos are crisp with brilliant colors. The set up is relatively easy and the alignment of the print heads is super simple... run the alignment set up page, scan it through the printer and the machine aligns itself. WOW! If you need a good quality machine get this one.

This printer goes beyond my expectation. Mike Owen, the in-home agent, had this model in his car, so I was quite fortunate to have received it.

Best printer I have ever owned! Love this printer!

Set up is quick with a computer, the mobile app is a little harder since the official app with the Smart Tasking isn't out yet (sideloaded apks). Outside of setup, it's just like any All in One printer. Prints quickly, and the HP refill system where they automatically send new ink will be great and it's a pretty good cost value.
