    So far so good. I'm giving a 4 star due to my previous HP printer. It also was one of their high end printers that did not last me 2 years. I'm hoping it will be different with this one it will decide if I ever buy another HP product again. But so far, no complaints.

    Easy to set up. but unfortunately, after a year or so of use the cheap plastic gear for the feed rollers inside breaks and becomes useless, leaving you in the middle of a print set and no way to print documents.

    We called to get help setting it up. Finally got everything but the scanner going. The only way of using the scanner is a 7 step process? I've owned HP printers for a long time and never had this much angst. I use my printer for WORK and can't use the scanner? I am not pleased.

    Now that it's up and running, it's doing fine. But it was very hard to get it to work with my Mac computer. The customer support from HP was very confusing, constantly switching me from one tech to another, with long phone waits, and people who had little knowledge of how to help. It was frustrating! But it's done, after too long.
