HP always has a quality product. I had another brand printer before buying this HP Pro 9015e. The color printing on the other printer was awful. The HP printers are by far the superior printers.

This printer was purchased as a replacement for a hateful Epson printer that was designed to not print whenever one of the five ink cartridges ran out. Imagine, cyan is dry but the printer won't print or copy in B/W! So far, the new HP unit is working fine. I'm done with Epson for life!

Shopped online, found the perfect printer for us. In stock, ordered, paid, got an email it was ready, picked up in store. System worked perfectly. I will order again.

It's a little tricky for older people, but nothing that can't be learned. When I turn it off, the light stays on, what's that about? Other than that, it serves it's purpose at my gym.

Once set up it is very good. The set up requires you to know about how to download information etc. I needed a computer person to set it up. Not as easy as the associate indicated. No instruction book but you have to look info up online. Otherwise now it is good.

Giving it four stars because it was a pain to load the ink. One of them was difficult to get into place and they don't "click" in well. Other than that, very happy. Love the wireless printing!

Prints 3 times many report that only requires one copy. Terrible navigation when trouble shooting. App isn't consistent with trouble shooting problems with incidents like a simple paper jam. Very frustrating even though I'm very mechanically proficient, HVAC, and major appliance service and installation company. It's time consuming which cost money, I get paid for my time. Horrible, intrusive as you can't use the printer without giving hp all of my personal details, ALL, unbelievable and very costly meaning not cost effective and intrusive. I have many four letter words I use daily directed at this machine and manufacturer.

HP has always proved to be a trusted choice when it comes to printers, and this one is no different. Super easy set-up, quality print, also very happy with speed.

so HP ink is very expensive. Supposedly you could save through instant ink, which I have used. unfortunately, when I change ink cartridges through instant ink program, printer stops printing and I have to call HP and go through 30 minutes of trouble shooting of erasing all network settings, restore, re-set up wireless - EVERY TIME. HP printers are indeed great when they print. I had changed from Cannon and now after a short while, I am looking for another brand - I can take having to rely on tech support every time I change ink cartridges. who has that much free time?
