Over all a good product but the scanner is a pain

Bad out of the box!

Once it printed the alignment page, I received an error stating three of the four ink cartridges were unable to communicate with the printer. I did the routine troubleshooting before calling HP support. Once I reached HP support, this too was a poor experience. After close to 40 minutes on the phone, I was told 6 to 10 days to ppologet the in I requested the ink to be expedited and after a supervisor approved it, I was told it would be sent our right away. Later the same day I recieved a callback from HP [was told there was a"glitch" and my ink could be sent. I was told to call back in from time to time to get an updare! Really HP? I called back later to same day to see if I would get the same agreement from a different tech and all they would do was read the existing file notes. I was told I would be contacted sometime the following day with order update. I was told an email would be sent 9providing me updates on my order, that too never came The poor devicee and lack of attention by HP, I find to be quite surprising especially on a new model like this. I Again I expected a little more from HP.
