Too often, the printer sends an Out of Paper message when the tray has been opened and pages inserted. This ios most annoying and means pulling the plug sometimes more than once to make it return to active status.

Good Print and Scan, Must enroll in the INK prog.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Scanning is very good, even photos. Printing for text is above average. Low point is that you MUST enroll in the HP Instant Ink program or you can't print! If you unenroll, the cartridges will no longer print, and it's a crap shoot if after market cartridges will allow it to work. Also, if you have to reinstall the software after you have unenrolled from the ink program, it goes through a new setup in the printer. The printer gives a message that you can't print the test page until the printer is enrolled in the ink program.

Luv my HP Office Jet Pro 9015

My printer crashed durng the last semester of my Master's Program and I quickly began researching printers and ended up with this Office Jet Pro 9015 of which I have zero complaints. It's quiet, quick and doesn't use a lot of ink.
