This is the second USED product you have sold me!!

Most recent update requires you to sign-in to HP Smart App to scan anything. Terrible policy by HP. If you're fine with that then it's a great printer. I should be able to use my scanner without having to sign in to an online account. Great printer, 5 stars other than the issue stated above. No issues with the hardware.

Besides all of the noisy and constant maintenance modes the printer randomly goes into - this is the 6th HP printer that has crapped out on me. The latest one has stuck into a paper jam mode - no paper jam is actually occurring. And a printer failure error will not disappear from the screen. Fool me once....fool me 6 times shame on me. I will NEVER buy an HP printer again. They are awful.

Bought the printer a few months ago to replace another HP that chewed up paper. I didn’t play ‘tech roulette’ this time. In other words I didn’t buy the extra warranty to protect my purchase in time so Best Buy won’t replace it. After printing less than 10 pages (I only need to print occasionally in spurts) I got the green screen of death with 12345. Spent hours on the phone with HP, received a refurbished printer WITHOUT the printhead. You have to remove the printhead from the old printer and put it in the refurbished one they send you, and say a few prayers in hopes the ‘new’ printer does what you paid for it to do. However, the green screen prevents the printhead from moving so you can’t remove it without taking a hammer to the whole machine. Long story short, I have to wait another 10 days to have another printhead (probably recycled as well) delivered. I will NEVER purchase another HP product.

I purchased a hp printer officejet pro 9015 and have had such poor performance. The printer shuts off by it self and can only be turned on manually by pressing the on button. This does not always work so you have to unplug the cord from the wall and wait 1 minute. When the printer shuts off by itself you can not print using WiFi. When you try to fax a 3 page document, the printer stops faxing after 2 pages. This is the worst printer Ihave ever owned. When you look for support fom HP nothing works that is suggested. I purchased this printer based on the so called great reviews listed which turned out to be misleading.

Deeply regret purchasing two HP printers as they use ink at a rapid pace and then completely halt even black and white print jobs when a color cartridge is depleted, forcing you to make a trip to buy another expensive ink pack. Quite the scam.

My previous HP printer printed the best crisp photos, so when it died out of no where yesterday, I picked this one up. Terrible print quality, even on best settings, the photos come out fuzzy. The print time is almost 4x what my previous hp printer could print and the scratching noise it makes when it prints, is terrible. Don't even get me started on the set up for this machine. Its going back tomorrow. Two thumbs down.

Bought this product back in november. After setting up the printer which was an unnecessarily long process, i was able to use the wireless printing 3 times. Then in February when i needed to use it for work the printer would not connect to the wifi and my device. I contacted customer support and after 2 hours they were not able to fix the issue. I reverted back to my 14 year old Canon printer which still works! Save your money, dont bother with HP.

Don't bother with this printer. I think all the positive reviews regarding setup must have been written by people that either work for Best Buy or HP! Set up was impossible!! It should not be this hard to get the printer going. Should be plug in and print. Once I downloaded the app (which you HAVE to do, no other way) it is not user friendly at all. I could not get the printer to send a scan to my email. Gave up after second day trying.

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. Brand new out of the box’printer head cannot move’. Support was terrible. ‘Here is a link to troubleshooting’ or we will send you a part’. Send me a part?? (Sensor?) It is a brand new machine!!! I am returning it and will buy something else. Don’t waste your money or your time on this junk. I will NEVER buy an HP product again.

I'm sorry, but this thing is a total turkey. It repeatedly drops connections with devices and, now, will NOT print on an envelope. Even if it would, the paper handling is a royal pain and completely unintuitive. Will be trashing this thing and looking for something that actually works.

Literally the worst printer I have ever bought. Not worth the money. When I print stuff, it pulls multiple pages, cuts off the words. I tried to print on cardstock and it cuts off half the image. I wish I could return it but it is past the amount of days since I bought it.

This printer was very hard to read the screen was way to small and the Geek Squad members suggested a very small hand or small child to help. This was second one I had in six months
