Prints great photos; nice having 2 trays and dont have to switch between photo and regular paper

Does a good job producing black and white or color documents. It is very noisy when printing. Also, so far I apparently won't print envelopes.

This is an okay home printer/copier. It does stay connected to WiFi which is a positive. The issue we are experiencing is that it will not print in Black only ink when Magenta and Cyan cartridges are depleted. Have tried to change settings in driver to print only in black and also when printing pages, selected black ink only. This is frustrating since the black cartridges are full. Signed up for HP Instant Ink to replace ink cartridges and currently waiting on shipment which is taking several days.

While to print capability and quality are good, the scan function too many steps when using an apple product. I would not buy this printer again unless using a windows device

Have had problems installing this printer. Have had to reinstall it more than 5 times at least this past year. Currently has been offline for 2 months. Have spoken with HP TECH twice in past two days. They can't get it to install either. They will call me once more tomorrow 2/21/26. Am told by tech if they can't fix, they will replace it. Fingers crossed.

hp makes you download multiple systems/apps on your computer to make this printer compatible. I went from a BROTHER to this and it's a huge difference. This printer is not user friendly. I would not recommend.

Enjoyed the process of looking/learning about the various printers to replace my disabled printer. The employee was courteous, knowledgeable, not pushy and answered all my questions and provided valuable information on narrowing down my preferred printer. I am very pleased with my selection. It does exactly what I needed in a printer.

I’ve had it about 2 weeks. Only problem with it is when you scan its puts a line down the middle of the page. The exact reason I replaced the last scanner I had with this one only it lasted several years before it started doing it
