Had new Printer for a few weeks and it seems to be working just as my wife's last printer (HP 8650 that lasted 11 years). My wife is a heavy user (works in school system) and so far, this new printer is holding up to her expectations. Only down side is the outer plastic casing does not seem to be as sturdy as the older printer.

Only had it for a couple weeks, but it was easy setup and the printing I've done so far on it has been great.

I am a Small business owner and this does an amazing job for what I require. highly recommend very user friendly and very efficient

We had an older HP OfficeJet that died, tried a laser printer, and decided to go back to the OfficeJet. For some reason my wife has trouble printing to it remotely through her iPhone but I have had zero issues printing from my Android phone or from our home PC's. Once we get her issue resolved we should be good to go. Despite that annoying issue, I'll give the printer 5 stars because of its speed and quality.

Excellent printer, faster and large paper tray and good quality printing

This printer overall is easy to set up and prints well but ink runs dry fast. I only printed one or two pages in color and the ink said it needed replacement. Once it does that you have no choice in the printer will not print if you do not obey it's called for new cartridges. I don't recommend for this reason

In was looking for a printer online and most sites have this 4.5 out of 5 stars. And they were right. It works well with my printing needs and did a great job in printing some photos.

This is a great printer but I am having a problem getting it to automatically print double sided from pages on my Mac computer. With my old 8600, I was given a choice of single or double sided when I went to print in pages. On this new printer, I have no choice to print double sided from my Mac pages but my husband is given a double sided choice when he prints from his PC. I just can’t figure out how to get that choice from my Mac when I am in another room and sending it to the printer.

Had to return the first one, it died after the first firmware update. Everything works great with the replacement printer.

Works great and so quiet. Very good printer, Used in our business so a good bit.

This is an excellent home office printer. My wife is a school teacher and uses it extensively. It prints great color and is very fast.

Print quality and speed is great. Setting up was a little confusing between printing from app rather than purchasing smart print. Overall worth the buy.

I thought it had a fax also therefore it's not all in one colored printer. Other than that it's convenient doesn't take up a lot of space and easy to use
