Great printer for my business! Handles the 60+ sheets a day i send at it. Some days more!

This printer is fast and quiet. The color quality is good. It is lighter than my previous HP printer.

So far so good. The speed of printing and scanning is fast. I like that it could scan both sides of the paper.

So far, the printer has worked great in the Office. Easy to set up and good quality prints. Printer is assigned to at least three people in the office and is used as the main fax into the Office.

I needed a new printer because my previous one was no longer supported after 10 years. Although I had been accustomed to laser jet I didn’t want to spend the extra; duplex printing & scanning were more important to me this time around. And I’m not disappointed! Speed of printing is faster than I expected & two-sided scanning in one pass is awesome. Both are huge time savers over what it replaced. What was I waiting for?!

Prints quality sheets and easy to change program when your printing different size paper and small cards

the design of the product could be better especially the top loading feeder. I have had a couple of paper jams. this has caused me to not use it. overall it's adequate.

I buy only HP officejet printers because they are the best Not perfect but a real good printer that can produce high quality output every time. HP support is also very good

This printer is exactly what I needed and am very pleased to have bought it. The brand "HP" is well known by me and I trust them. My previous HP printer simply died of old age.

What stops me from givingvthis a 5 star is the fact HP decided to remove the function on my orig HP ALL IN ONE i would hit scan then email and all emails were right there you selected the email entered a pin pw code and done no more now you have to to app set it up create a shortcut email list you can not use the scan email like noemal without that having to be set up thru server i spent days and hours on phone with HP IT i fave up

This printer is just what we needed. It covers all yhe bases.

I use this printer every day in our business. It has a fast printing speed and the color printing is beautiful. Added the HP instant ink to the package and would not go without it. I never have to go to the store to buy ink. It is shipped to me instantly before I run out.

Really like the printer. It was a very positive upgrade.

Love the printer but hate HP trying to force you to use instant ink. I want to buy my own cartridges and print as much as I want when ever I want without a monthly fee.
