    This printer is just not the quality I have come to expect from HP. The top paper tray is flimsy at best, and doesn’t have any kind of bottom stop to hold paper in place. After two paper jambs and several unexplained error messages, I returned the printer.

    Had new Printer for a few weeks and it seems to be working just as my wife's last printer (HP 8650 that lasted 11 years). My wife is a heavy user (works in school system) and so far, this new printer is holding up to her expectations. Only down side is the outer plastic casing does not seem to be as sturdy as the older printer.

    After using this 9135e printer scanner for a month now, I can find nothing bad to report. The two-tray model is worth it for me. The on the front display is more helpful than my previous HP printer. The Instant Ink program is definitely worth it because you never have to worry about ink problems.

    I thought it had a fax also therefore it's not all in one colored printer. Other than that it's convenient doesn't take up a lot of space and easy to use

    1. The electrical connection cable does not stay plugged in, so the printer turn off while printing. 2. 5x 14' legal paper is not detected or listed as option Never have this experience with HP printers 3. Don't like this model .
