It’s a pretty good laptop for its price, it has a 4060 which most others in this price range don’t.

Good but screen wasnt that bright i like a brighter screen

I am so sad right now. I only had my OMEN 16 for 7 months before it died on me. I loved this laptop for the 7 months I had it but it only lasted 7 months before it died. Luckily it was still under warranty but there were no more in storage so I have to get another laptop all together. 2 stars cuz it lasted 7 months only.

It has everything that I need and a bit more! Would definitely buy again.

It’s alright could be better some games play at ultra.

I bought this laptop on sale in october. Worked great for about 6 months. Started having severe issues the last two weeks, and then bam. Black screened while gaming, will not charge and shows no indication of life. The motherboard is fried after only 6-1/2 months of use.

Don't expect the keyboard to last you. Rarely use this since i bought out. When i did use it for a few fays in a row. One of the keys stopped working.

The battery failed after 8 months of use and had to be replaced. Had to purchase an extended warranty because I am not sure if this computer can last very long.

I bought this laptop and took it back. Feels really smooth but doesn't feel like a 1400-dollar laptop. I think there are better laptops for the money. The display is horrible.

The video and graphics on this laptop are OK, but it crashes when playing games from 2004. Also, it struggles to connect to Wi-Fi (sitting right next to my router), and will take 10 minutes to load anything online (dial up would be faster). What a joke. Spend more for a higher quality laptop. Do not waste your time or money here.

Don't buy this! I went through two of them, both had problems with WiFi brand new out of the box. Tried reinstalling drivers, doing all windows updates, reset network settings, and verified my network was not the issue. I even spent time with geek squad over the phone to no avail. After researching online this seems to be a common issue, so I finally went back and bought a Lenovo for cheaper, and it actually works.

it would overheat quickly, lag alot and it would get dirty so fast even tho i clean it every 2-3 days

Loved this laptop I only used it to play sims up until it completely stopped working on me less than a year later and best buy wants to charge more than I paid on it just to see what is wrong. Horrible laptop.

Has WiFi connectivity issues. Ethernet works fine.

Nice build quality, and fortunately, the Wi-Fi card is a little bit laggy.

Purchased 2 new out of the box and WiFi would connect and disconnect if the WiFi card on this machine actually worked properly it would be a 4-5 star review. Not happy with it.

This laptop is so slow and i done all the updates, and the key board never lights up when you open the lid, im returning it for another brand staybaway from this hp.

The computer I received was defective. Brought it home, ready to fire the thing up. Pulls up a god dang error screen. One or more of the cooling fans was broken, had to return it, brand new. Very disappointing, I did some more googling and decided to not go with this model due to its known issues with black screening and of my personal experience.
