Excellent laptop to run most AAA games! Bought this for my husband as a birthday present and he has had no issues running any of the games he plays. He can play Ark Survival Ascended, Baldur's Gate 3, and STALKER 2, just to name a few.

Great laptop with very decent performance. Only issue which is given is the battery life. Battery life on a gaming laptop is not that great with battery life lasting a max 2.5hrs a med performance.

I normally buy MSI and if it weren’t for the price of everything right I would have never gave this a shot. As other reviews have noted this laptop does run a little hot but not unacceptable. I think HP can improve on the cooling design here. Best I could find the laptop can only take 2TB max ssd’s. I did upgrade it to a WD SN850X 8TB 2280 and it fit no problems. There was a 2280 SK Hynix 1TB installed from factory. There is also a 2230 slot available for upgrade that is empty. I’m not entirely sure if the RAM is upgradable to 64GB or not but am curious.

It was a great deal. It works very fast and it is great for gaming. Its screen is wide and I feel its design is classy. I loved it.

I bought this to upgrade from my 5 year old gaming pc. It hits all the marks for my gaming needs and doubles as an effective work laptop. The price was on point for the product and even a bit competitive to the PC market at the time of purchase

Personal computer, works great, really fast and the quaility of the images is stunning.

I've had it a feew weeks now, played old and new titles. Despite people badmouthing the 5060 GeForce it actually does really well when stacked with this CPU and other specs in this machine. The build, feel and use of this machine is very simple, smooth and fast. I suggest setting the OMEN app to a much lower temp to enable fan speeds at lower temps to keep cool. I never see 80 Celsius while playing @2560x1440 at med-high, all ray tracing and effects on even for titles like Cyberpunk. The DLSS keeps me around 166-174FG or FPS. Great budget PC, honestly

This laptop can handle a lot. Performance wise you can run most games but the quality you get to run at 60 fps is amazing. I used mine with peripherals and a monitor and i had to trouble. This laptop is a beast and for the price you can get it on is soooo worth it.

The HP OMEN Gaming Laptop is well made I have had no noted problems with it. Laptop has plenty of memory and a 1TB SSD for plenty of space. 32GB of DDR5 Memory is plenty of system memory for any game I want to play.

A laptop for my grandson beginning Electrical Engineering at Iowa State University. Seems like it will get him a good start on his education. Added Microsoft 365 for reports.

Call helped me choose which computer to get and my son loved it! He has texted me several times to let me know how fast and fantastic it is. Thank you, Nicole and Rob for the great help in picking it out.

Love it. Sure the battery us short. But i can play anygame anytime with this thing its light and great 10/10 love it!!

For the money, it's a great gaming laptop. It runs everything from GTA V to Need For Speed Unbound on max graphics with no issues. I played need for speed 2015 with Unleashed selected in the Omen gaming hub, and NFS 2015 which is a 10 year old game looked and performed absolutely flawlessly. The customizable color on the RGB keyboard is nice too. Pretty bright so gaming in the dark is easy. So far, for the price, it's performed great.

I cannot tell you this thing is better than others. I don’t have a lot to compare it to. My old computer was the HP pavilion. All I can tell you is this computer is very fast, the battery life is about 30 minutes of gaming. I use it on a cooling pad and it runs ice cold. It is a beautiful laptop and I don’t have anything to complain about except I wish it had a display port. But you can run an HDMI cord to achieve 144 HZ to a monitor.

I’m loving this laptop, it’s got a great picture and the sound is pretty good. It runs really smooth and it just looks amazing.

i bought this computer because of the well made case as I had problems with the thin crappy plastic of other brands and types of computers. It's great for that and the keys have good action, feel good. The battery life is short though, but it is a gaming computer. I recommend it.

Only had it for a few months but, i can honestly say its one of the best machines ive ever used, lightning fast, every game ive thrown at it ran like a dream.

If you are a serious gamer or content creator looking for a machine that delivers the best possible experience at the 1440p resolution without requiring extreme flagship spending, this configuration represents a compelling and future-forward choice.

This Laptop handles like a champ for most Games though do keep in mind it just as easily gets hot quickly and to keep it elevated on a cooling pad or laptop stand as it’ll need to keep those cooling fans running- just some friendly advice, also from experience if it does overheat it will automatically go turn it’s self off as a security feature I believe. I’ve also been using this Laptop for some CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) as a mechanical inclined person- hoping to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering & Design someday. Still yet to experiment with all the graphics cards and settings though as this is the first high end Gaming Laptop I’ve ever bought- so hopefully I’ll get back to you all in another updated review in the future on that. Also Note that this Laptop will use a lot of energy/ battery power processing higher end games graphics. Ect…… so it’s good to keep the charger on hand as I’ve got it down to 10 % or less battery unplugged in 4 to 3 hours or less though that’s the cost better graphics and processing power as a trade off just to keep in mind. One more thing to add sometimes I’ve experienced a slight lag (1 to 3 seconds) of graphics/ display delay switching from one tab to another quickly only after using the laptop for several hours though and being a little hot with around 20 tabs open and sometimes going from my game to discord.

It's a great lapto, the quality of the screen is great and its overall a good laptop. It's really nice if you want to take it places with you to study or just relax at home and play.
