Light, fast, great screen and big letters on the keyboard.

Lightweight, well-built, and powerful, this 14" HP laptop gets the most important things about a portable right. With the Lunar Lake chip and 16 GB RAM, it has no problems keeping up with day-to-day usage in terms of battery life and power. I wanted something that can handle many chrome tabs plus do light gaming and this machine is perfect. The screen is beautiful but the glossy coating and <400 nits brightness mean that it can be difficult to use outdoors when it's sunny. The 2:1 functionality is also nice when just consuming media. Overall it's a solid package and great deal when you can find it on sale.

If you're looking for a lightweight machine with minimal compromises, this is a great option.
Pros: Amazing trackpad with accurate volume/brightness gestures (if you enable the feature), great oled display although not the brightest, good speakers if you set the EQ to "movie mode," great build quality and style with aluminum all around, has charging ports on both sides of the machine, touch screen is very responsive and accurate, doesn't get very hot and doesn't have much fan noise.
Debatable: I like the keyboard. I feel it is very premium but not all people like low travel keyboards, however this does not bother me at all.
Cons: It doesn't have any usb-a ports, the wifi card isn't upgradable although it is an excellent one (intel wifi 7), the webcam isn't the best, and if you use it on your bed while laying sideways the screen will flip and keyboard/trackpad will be disabled (although there is a fix if you disable "intel integrated sensor" in device manager).

When I was searching for a laptop this one got my attention it had everything I needed since I will be using it for school . Its easy to use and size and weight it perfect . The graphics are nice and clear the only thing I wish it had better speaker sound but over all it’s nice sleek . You can customize it for your liking.

Stunning screen with extremely fast response time to everything. The battery life is also incredible ! The laptop is very lightweight but feels very sturdy even in the flipped mode.

This laptop exceeds my expectations. The OLED screen is so clear with blacks and colors. The speed is just what I needed and has so many additions, that I didn't expect, like when I turn away from the screen it goes black until I face it again.

I had some reservations about buying an open box laptop though my experiences with unpacking it and then setting it up with my preferred software went well. I principally bought it because it had a high NITs value (above 400). I want to use it in our patio outside and so far, it has been easy to see the screen with minimal reflections noted also. It starts up fast and it didn't come with a lot of bloatware. Of course, I uninstalled what I have come across so far but I wouldn't be surprised to come more as I can to use it. I have a small learning curve using it as it is my first Windows 11 OS. All of my other pcs are still on Windows 10. All in all, I am comfortable with the purchase at a reduced open price point. However, I haven't used it enough so far to decide to keep it or return it but so far, it is a keeper.

This laptop has helped me a lot with work such as editing videos, manage all of my work files, etc. And when I feel like I want to play games a bit, I can and it runs well.

Great laptop but it was the salesman that helped me the most. I normally just buy things online but I was in the store to look at what I was going to order. This salesman with little told me about a deal where I could get a credit card and save 15% off with store credit and the BestBuy+ deal where if the price dropped I would get the cash back that saved me $500 in a couple of weeks. Awesome deal!

I didn't love this laptop and ended up returning it. I bought it as an upgrade to my 7-year-old HP Spectre, but I think my old Spectre was still better. The thing I hated most was the huge touchpad. Why they are making them so big now, I don't understand. More often than not, I wanted to left click and ended up right clicking because I was just right of center. It is BEYOND annoying, though I know those touchpads are common now. The keyboard is not as responsive as my Spectre and some keys are oddly placed. I think it will be fine for many people, but I'm going back to Spectre as soon as the smaller ones come back in stock.
