    While I am not computer savvy, the product seems reputable. Loaded with various features that I have yet to familiarize myself with. As a 70+year old elder, some of the features are complex requiring additional registration and more passwords to remember or forget. For more than fifteen years, I used a MacBook Pro and this HP will take quite a bit of getting used to. Maybe, not a product recommended for elders.

    Great model for the price. Ai is extremely helpful through Co-pilot. The size is perfect for travel. The touch screen allows it to be used in IPad application. Great product in a highly competitive market.
