    Purchased this because Windows 10 on my old laptop was being phased out. The Geek squad transferred everything from my old laptop to this new one. I am happy with this purchase as it is easy to use and I am getting used to it. It has alot of features that I will probably never use, but so far it appeas to be user-friendly. I would recommend this laptop!

    It's a little confusing to set up, but thankfully Geeksquad was able to help me through the process and now it is so much better for doing my work. The sound from the speakers is so much better and I don't need external speakers anymore. Love the graphics too. So much more crisp.

    Easy setup and ready to go. The backlit keyboard is very nice and the "23-hour" battery life is excellent! First time with Windows 11 home, but seems intuitive and similar to 10. This HP Omnibook-X is fast!

    We have been purchasing a few items from Best Buy lately (car stereo, tv's, two ipads, and the last item was this laptop. We are very pleased with all the items. The young man that helped with the laptop was very professional and knowledgeable - he actually talked me into a higher end, more expensive laptop and I couldn't be happier. I also purchased the warranty for the laptop and the last ipad we got. We will continue to visit Best Buy for many of our needs since the company now offers so much more. Thank you!

    WoW! You guys at Best Buy are amazing. The salesmen, in Anderson, the technicians in Greenville are most helpful and patient in sharing their expertise and knowledge of computers. For an older person who did not grow up with the technology the Geek Squad service is a good choice for understanding the course of computers and how to best navigate any program the owner wishes to use.
