    It's stylish and more compact compared to the older desktop towers. Very easy to operate and setup as far as connecting. The Geek Squad setup and were very competent, patient and very pleasant.

    My old desktop was only good for Windows10. The sale person at BEST BUY told me this was what for home use. He was very helpful and since it was not in stock he had it shipped to my house at no cost. It does everything I need.

    It had been a long time since I last set up a computer. I had to find the sim card, which I knew came with the computer. Finally, by chance, I opened the mouse and found it. That was the hardest part of the set up. Other than that, the PC is fast and akkows many options.

    the computer itself seems to be a good one for what i do. however, 4 days after i received it the wireless keyboard quit working. hp initially told me it would be replaced in 3-5 days but then told me it would be nearly a month. as of this writing, still have not received it. luckily i have my wired keyboard from my previous computer or i would have had to buy one. hp customer care could use improvement!
