The sale person at BEST BUY told me this was what for home use. He was very helpful and since it was not in stock he had it shipped to my house at no cost. It does everything I need.

My wife needed a desktop machine for doing her notes and documentation. We didn't need high end graphics or audio, just good reliable processing. This has been exactly what we wanted so far, with zero issues or complaints.

poor quality keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the computer itself seems to be a good one for what i do. however, 4 days after i received it the wireless keyboard quit working. hp initially told me it would be replaced in 3-5 days but then told me it would be nearly a month. as of this writing, still have not received it. luckily i have my wired keyboard from my previous computer or i would have had to buy one. hp customer care could use improvement!
