Just hit the 3-week mark with my OmniStudio Desktop from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier. Purchase process was quick and easy. It was an easy choice. The computer looked sleek and was on sale which was perfect since this was a birthday present that was going to be bought either way. Transfer process was also easy with the help of the geek squad.

Purchased to replace a HP all in one that could not be updated to windows 11. Everything works as in should. Very nice quality. Was packaged like it was a high end item.

We were waiting to decide on a solution to an audio/visual and social media problem. Due to our procrastination the problem demanded a quick solution. Fortunately, not only did BestBuy have the product we needed. . . They had it in stock and available at a substantial discount. The window they gave me to complete the transaction allowed me to quickly shop around online. I quickly realized that they offered the best price. BINGO! The ease of inserting the product into our electronic configuration and the knowledge that it could be returned if the were a problem was comforting. Thanks again for offering a solution to a problem that demanded attention. I’m sure we will meet again soon . . . Next time we hope it will be under less stressful conditions. THANKS!

My old computer blew out during a storm. I purchased this model the next day from Best Buy. The staff was so knowledgeable and accommodating! I like the co-pilot feature and the smooth keyboard and mouse.

Relatively new with this system but so far it’s working great.

Computer works fine so far. BUT i did not get the REBATE for my trade trade because your customer service could not find it on your trade in list. i was told by your people that i would receive a gift card for my old computer that i had purchased at Best Buy. I see no reason to return to Best Buy to make any future purposes.

Purchased all in one HP computer. The on site geek squad was an added benefit as they transferred all information from old computer to new one. The new computer was easy to set up and took about 15 minutes. Overall a good experience upgrading our computer.
