The laptop is slow at times. I just opened it up and have used WiFi for a 3mp service and also a cable WiFi and not much difference with little apps and programming installed. Also battery life sucks! I charge it 100% and am lucky to get 5 hrs of intermittent use before I have to recharge! I have always bought HP products and have been disappointed! I once even customized one for my son and paid above average pricing and had the same issues. I may take a chance in another brand because other than integrating with other HP product like a printer..another brand may have a better battery and figured out the right processing speed to promote! HP needs t ok stop putting out processors that can’t handle the current platform! That is just my opinion! And also invest in a better battery!

Great laptop on paper... bought this for my Dad as a birthday gift. Touch-screen is a great feature, but I feel that it is under-used, especially for Windows PCs. Windows 10 just isn't as touch-friendly as other software such as Apple iOS and iPads. After about a year, he experienced issues with over-heating and the laptop spontaneously restarting, which he needed repaired by a third-party. Otherwise, it fulfills all the needs. Quite a hassle having to renew O365 each year. With a PC purchase, O365 should be included for life.

This came timely and have wonderful display and graphics. I also found it discounted and best buy refunded me the difference!

I purchased this computer 3 weeks ago, and after about 2 weeks the fan started intermittently revving like a plane about to take off. Unfortunately the situation has escalated to the point that the fan is always whirring loudly. The adapter also runs very hot. I searched the HP community for advice and it turns out that this is a known quality control issue with HP that has apparently not been corrected. I feel I have no choice but to return the laptop. I have always preferred HP products, and for the first 2 weeks I really liked this computer. But unfortunately now I will probably not buy another one at this point.

This HP laptop was purchased to replace a Dell laptop. It is lightweight and was a great value.

I got it for my son and he loves it. He does all of his schoolwork on it and he plays fortnite on it too

Computer works very well and does everything it's supposed to, battery life is good, love the number keypad, but the computer fan does make a lot of noise when used

Purchased for my daughter for school. It's been a month and its doing great. We had one problem and that was with installing google chrome, that's why I gave it a 4 star.

I like this computer but i expected it to be a little faster.

Really good laptop and touch screen better for acces to open apps

The keys are silver, the graphics are gray. It is difficult to see the graphics. This low contrast does not make sense, especially with no backlight provided. I have to hold the computer at the right angle under the light to see the keys. I think this problem will be worse trying to use on an airplane. I like this computer but not with this keyboard. Any suggestions? I would not recommend this computer with this keyboard.

This laptop is easy to use and faster than my old one.

Hp Laptop is ideal for my personal use. Only feature missing was lighted keyboard. Would recommend this item.

No back light for the keys and the keyboard makes a weird noise. Other than that it’s ok.
