I BOUGHT THIS COMPUTER N IT WAS AN OPEN BOX COMPUTER WHICH WAS STILL A GREAT PRICE,,, I ALREADY HAD THE GEEK SQUAD BUT NOW ITS ANOTHER EXTRA $100 FOR IT BUT IT COVERS WAY MORE, LIKE TRANSFERING EVERYTHING OVER TO NEW COMPUTER,, WORKS ALMOST THE SAME AS OLD COMPUTER,,, FOR WHAT I DO I LUV THIS HP COMPUTER.

I love the laptop it is very user friendly, easy to carry around and very light it fits very well in my shoulder computer bag which is not very big. Since I mostly just use my computer for email, it's hard to buy one that isn't good. But this one exceeded my expectations. It's easy to configure upon purchase, lightweight, and versatile. I can use it as a touch screen or regular laptop. It's easy to pack when I travel. It's been really nice to have!

My review is after 2 weeks of ownership and like the header says so far so good. For what I got I am really enjoying this lap top. I use it for school and to stream movies and music. It has excelled at all three so far, The speakers are great and the design is fantastic! I bought this one specific so I could watch movies while I travel, something I do a lot, and I can invert and place in the headrest and Boom! my own movie studio!! Anyways the only thing that I am not liking is the start up time which is lengthy, not sure if it is the model or just mine but it takes a few minutes

For how I use this particular System, it has surely met my needs with versatility and flexibility. I primarily use it for communication and business marketing needs, to compliment my full Office system. I would recommend for those who have multiple computers as part of their Array.

Purchased for my wife, a teacher, who has to develop weekly lesson plans and maintain grades and records. She’s satisfied with the computer. Says it relatively fast and has enough capacity to store her work.

I haven't had this very long, so I'm still getting used to it. It doesn't seem to have too much bloatware, although there are so few apps I'd like to remove and can't. It's very good for a school computer.

I loved the touchscreen! I even bought the bamboo pen, but it does feel a little uncomfortable writing. Mine started being really slow and I only had it for a couple of weeks until I decided to get another.

Purchased this for my son for college as we had a similar one for our daughter. He also has a ipad for his music pieces. This is great ligthweight and simple for all other word processing etc.

This was a gift for my husband and a huge step up for him. He isn’t computer savvy and this computer with the new windows helps. He loves the touch screen and uses that more than the keyboard.

I love this computer. It was inexpensive and has performed better than expected. I’ve had it for about 6 months. It is lightweight yet sturdy. It runs quickly and I haven’t had any issues. Sometimes paying more doesn’t get you more, I’m glad this one worked out!

Nice laptop/tablet Affordable But the downside is the power button, if slightly touched all programs are closed and you must go back to start and try again (re-opening every last app/program)

This is a great computer for the price. Lots of extra features. You can purchase a stylus pen to use with the tablet. The laptop is lightweight. This computer is a must have for high school and college students.

Bought as a personal use laptop. Have wanted a touch screen for a while now. Easy set up and personalization. Ease of use is very good. Not using for gaming. Speed of uploading/downloading is fast for my needs. I would definitely buy it again. I have had no issues.

The computer works great and I am very pleased with my purchase. I only wish it was a little faster but for what I am doing it will work. The 3 in 1 feature and touch screen works great!

I love the touch screen because I don't always like using a mouse on a laptop. I like the option to put it in tablet mode because it makes it easier when I am streaming to view it.

Wife needed a computer to use for school. It didnt need to be fancy, and this one fit her needs perfectly, and the price was not bad, either.

Two things I enjoy about the laptop are the 2 in 1 option and how light weight it is. Would have been nice to have a stylus pen come along with it but all in all an awesome product.

I was starting college soon and I needed to get a computer that was going to do everything I needed. Since purchasing this computer, I have been able to do everything for school, including more! Absolutely do not regret my purchase on this product!
