This is a great refurbished computer for the price, but I have a few complaints about the transaction and the computer itself.
Even though the PC is a small form factor type, the picture shown on the website is a regular desktop PC. Not a big deal for me, since I still was able to add a 3.5" hard drive inside it, and it has slots for more cards.
The PC booted up fine, and I was up and running very quickly. But, when I tried to boot up with USB drives attached, it would try to boot from the USB drives, gave me an error message and wouldn't allow me to continue. I had to re-configure the BIOS setting so the internal SSD would be the first priority to boot from.
Also, sometimes the computer would power up on its own. I tried to find a setting in the BIOS that would disable this "feature", but I couldn't. For now, I just leave the PC unplugged when I'm not using it. Again, not a big deal for me.
Otherwise, this computer rocks, and I'm very happy with it. It arrived in like-new condition, and is built very well, like most HP computers.
My wife may have to upgrade her old Windows 7 PC soon, and I would definitely purchase another re-furbished computer from Best Buy again for her. We used to buy from Fry's, but it clearly seems that Best Buy has stepped up in a big way to get my business.
