For someone that does need a real high powered computer, this is great. It includes an 18 month warranty.

It needs a wireless adapter, but that's not the worse part. This is supposed to come with Windows 10 pro and it's not valid!! It kept giving me an error code and I had to purchase it separately. So even though it works, I still spent more money buying Windows to operate the darn thing.

Not a good product. I couldn't hook it up to wifi so had to have cable come out and it costed 70.00 to do that and the speed isnt good and I have very fast internet. Next year I am investing in a brand new computer. Lesson learned!!

I brought home this unit and it only worked for one day. It became so slow I couldn't navigate anything for any task. Very disappointed in Best Buy for this.

Hdmi conecctor broken out of box could not test it since I could not plugin my monitor. Bought a new lenovo they had in stock a little over priced but needed it didnt have time to wait another 10 days for anther refurbished one
