    Not great and no support...

    *I bought two of theses, and will review both here, for optics.* Upon installing the first unit, everything was fine. Then the PC did not turn on at all and a IPV6 Hard Drive Error showed up on a black screen. I tried everything. Even called the 24-Hour LLC number included in the package, and even they couldn't fix it. I took it to Best Buy and they couldn't fix it either. So I returned it. I installed the second one, and everything seemed fine at first, but a CMD window popped up and kept displaying "Cannot connect to Remote Desktop Server". There were no issues with the firewall or other connections, but there were no solutions offered from the LLC or Best Buy... The second unit is still working (hence the second star), but the error still shows up occasionally. I may return it anyway. I guess you do get what you pay for.

    Questionably legal, this computer is too old to run Windows 11, yet they used workarounds to install it and make it work. As it is unupdatable, I will be wiping this computer and returning it. When we called Best buy to inform them of this directly as this was a marketplace purchase under their name, their only statement was we're sorry, there's nothing we can do for all the time you spent trying to make this computer work, but we are welcome to return it if we are unhappy. Yes I am very unhappy.

    Bought this product for my birthday. Package wasn't delivered to my address. The seller wouldn't help me figured out the situation. Just kept giving me the runaround and wouldn't offer a refund so I could try to get something else and not delivered but pickup this time.
