This printer has far exceeded my expectations in performance. I purchased it in May 2019 and it is still performing perfectly. I replaced our ink about 2 years ago. It was a tad pricey, but for how long it lasts, the quality of print, and ease of using the toner vs ink cartridges, it is well worth it! I do not print excessively, but I do print enough. I would guesstimate I use approx 5 500-reams a year, give or take.

I have another model of the HP color laser jet. This one was refurbished and a great price for my 2nd office. However I had a very difficult time getting the software to install on my laptop. It appeared for a while as though I was going to have to take it back. When I went to HP's website the model name wasn't listed and didn't come up in a search. However when I did a basic Google search the model name and installation software link came up and I was able to do it. Once I got over that hurdle it's been fantastic and I really like the printer.

Great printer at a basement bottom price! I got a refurbished unit, looked brand new to me! Fast first page production, both B/W and Color. Has bigger paper tray than lesser models, but not yet a tray that will take a ream of paper, but using it at home for occasional printing.

It works great. Easy set up. works great for people working from home and that have students turning in assignments online. You can just scan their work and have them turn it in.

Exactly what I was looking for! I wanted an all in one that the ink would not dry out, and I needed it fast.

This is my first color laser printer and I love it. I use it to primarily print 4x6 cards. They look great.

Machine works like new. Setting up the wireless connection is a little time consuming, but worth the convenience of printing and scanning remotely.

This printer works very well for all aspects easy to set up and use.

Now that we're all working from home, we were looking for a MFP that would scan, copy and print. Never been disapointed with HP printers. Had a Xerox in the past, that was bad news. This one in particular is solid, built like a tank. Good display, can connect wirelessly and still have a quality printer.

Weighs a ton. Older model, setup kind of hinky, had to go online to get drivers that did not match docs with the unit. All worth it.

I use this product mostly for printing and scanning. It is fast and has excellent professional quality.

Great deal on an awesome printer. We returned because our needs changed before we could open the box.

Overall it's been working great. Just know... Macbook iOS vs Windows is very different... Not as intuitive.
