Easy to use , The only thing l do not like is AI mode makes printing 5 times hard l see no difference, and it randomly comes on.

This printer is simple to set up and easy to use. I was wary to use the liquid ink, but it is so easy to refill and will last quite a bit longer than the ink cartridges I’m used. With as much printing as I do, I’m thankful I went with the Supertank.

I bought the HP printer at Best Buy. I had a very difficult time setting it up, even with the help of the Geek squad. Finally I reached out to HP and they set it up on my computers quite easily. So far it is working very well and I am pleased with the printer.

This product is great. The detail in printing is fantastic and uses very little ink.

I am absolutely thrilled with my HP Smart Tank 5101. The days of panic-buying expensive cartridges are over! The refillable ink tanks are a game-changer—they are incredibly easy and mess-free to top up, and I can already tell the ink is going to last forever. The print quality, even on color photos and documents, is sharp and vibrant. Setup was quick and the wireless printing through the HP Smart app works flawlessly from my phone and laptop. If you print frequently and want to save a ton of money over time, this is the one to buy! Highly, highly recommend.

It was not easy to get the communication established. I tried every troubleshooting suggestion . I had to go through buckeye brainiacs and the Best buy geek squad for the setup. The device works fine now.

It is a bit slow getting started when beginning to print. Also did not realize it would not copy legal size on the platen. I do like the less expensive ink delivery system. The printer works fine, but would buy a more comprehensive printer for my needs next time.

It’s a great printer with a lot of ink more than any of the other ones I have looked at. Really like the way it looks and the easy design to help you get great prints consistently.

Printer is easy to set up if you follow the instructions. Installing the software is easy if you create the “optional” account, and more frustrating if you do not. Ink is easy to fill, but installing the two cartridges that are not ink was not hard but not intuitive for me. Once the software is loaded on all devices you might print from, the wireless printing is easy and straightforward. It’s reasonably fast. Scanning took some trial and error, and the user interface is a bit confusing to me. If you’re more tech savvy than me, the set up should be easy enough. It’s a nice printer to use.

Works well, easy to install, but it is slow to print color pages. Super slow. frequently prints green instead of brown, takes 120 seconds to see the error, so wastes paper. Doesn't print double-sided, its manual. Quality is just okay.
