I have only used the printer maybe 5 times and already had to replace the tricolor printhead twice. Is it the printer, printhead or both that are poorly made? I wasn’t willing to get the tricolor printhead a third time. Also, I found the wireless connection very faulty. I am having to reset the printer each time before I could connect and print anything. An issue that I never had with my previous HP printer or my current Canon printer. Anyway, do not waste your money on this particular printer. I ended up giving this away and buying a more expensive but better quality printer.

Printer works as expected. Got this printer because i didnt want ink cartridges anymore. It looks like they may get you with printer heads, but I have only used this printer for less than an month and it is still too early to tell. Initial impressions are good!

Everything works as it should be. The only issue is the hp app for mobile devices. It glitches out and makes printer go offline. Every time it happens i gotta redo the wifi connection settings. No issues doing printing jobs from PC.

This printer works great, and easy to add ink. Much better than our old printer.

So easy to use and looks trim and polished. Refilling the ink will be an infrequent experience. Now you will have time to finish your photo albums.

The printer works well, but it has two drawbacks: a confusing sequence of buttons that must be pushed to accomplish full setup, and double-sided printing is not automatic, as one must hand-feed paper printed on one side. Despite this, it is still very much worth the sale price.

I'm very happy with printer, it was easy to install and very convenient. I don't have to go to library to print anymore.

I purchased this product to replace my previous HP printer, I have forgotten the old model. This new printer did not include a firewire to connect the printert to my PC. Not only that, the type of cable connection required is obsolete, and unavailable for purchase as a separate item. I do not understand how such a major flaw slipped through and ended up in a market anywhere on this planet. Fortunately, I am now fully retired and I don't need a printer anymore for any reason whatever. Thank you.

The printer is great and 2 years of ink is even better. I recommend this printer.
