The printer works perfectly. One thing that I would change is that you cannot turn your paper sideways to print landscape. Loved the service before and after the sale. I have a Best Buy Membership, and we get free set up at home and many extras make it hard not to shop there.

Sometimes the connection messes up. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It takes more than 1 piece of paper when it prints.

Nice not to always have to worry about replacing cartridges with the new ink bottle model. The written directions are not too easy to understand, and it would help if they were clearer and more simplified.

Legitimately the worst printer ever created. It will say its connected to your wifi or network but then never print even when you use the pointless app it now requires. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. It wastes your time because you have to reconnect or delete the software to re set it up. DO NOT BUY. I won't even donate this. I'll put it in the garbage of burn it.

Just what I needed for school. Fast and easy to set up!

It's only been a few weeks, but it's working great.

Easy setup to get it going. Works well for a family that has kids in school who need printing power.

I very pleased with my new HP Printer. It is extremely dependable and makes my home & office projects so much easier. I would recommend it to others. I am also very grateful to the Best Buy staff member who directed me to this particular HP printer. It made it much easier to navigate the many printers available at Best Buy!

Only reason it's not 5 stars, is due to scanner issues. It scans easy enough & looks ok on the screen, but once saved the document information & settings are rearranged. Viewing and printing is all messed up.

So far, so good. Received and began setting up the printer but have not had time to fill the ink or turn on the WiFi connection. The printer looks pristine and once I got the packing stuff out, seemed to be in great condition. I believe this will have been a good buy once I start using it.
