I have only had this printer a few weeks, but it is working great!

Purchased SmartTank 1501 in June and after using it not more than 5 times to print, the unit stopped responding. Attempts to print gave errors that printer was busy and power button was flashing dimmed white. Spent over an hour with Tech Support went through factory resets, power cycling router, using different devices to try and print and using different HP apps. The Tech Support Rep was attempting to find cause in everything else except the faulty unit itself. Even tried to tell me to contact my internet service provider. End result is that I have to send back the unit for them to discard, then once they receive defective unit, a replacement will be sent to me. Used the printer for a month and printed 5 times; now I have to wait a month for a replacement leaving me with no printer. Poor product quality and poor customer service. Will never purchase another HP product again.

Easily setup process. Printing was sharp and colors very good.

Initially I was very pleased but as soon as the Geek Squad tech left I could not get this printer to work. Very very frustrated and disappointed. I had to go out and buy another less expensive printer that I am now using so I can continue to do my work. the new laptop I purchased from Best Buy requires a wireless printer, which is what I purchased. At this point I cannot use the printer and I still cannot print from new laptop. I am back to using old technology and spent money on something I cannot use.

Printer works great. Geek squad came and set it up. All fine. So far very satisfied.

Double sided printing is not automatic. Not good!! Print one side then turn over manually.

Was definitely a good investment and easy to put together

Great quality no mess and love that I can just refill the ink.

Got for my siblings that are in college, works great so far.

This is the 2nd one I’ve had in a little over a year. The first one wouldn’t print and had trouble connecting to my computer wirelessly. Hope this new one works better!
