    Unable to install by myself and my son - sonI had to have Geek Squad for $90 as I have an old pc w/o Blue Tooth. Nowhere did HP or Best Buy disclose this so I am out an additional $90!!!!!

    This printer is so slow to load paper. Horrible to scan. Such non sense. Seem's so out dated. I think 1980's printer's are more officiant.

    It was not syncing. I kept trying to set it up wirelessly and could not print. It would say it was print one page and not work.

    I tried to set this printer up but was unable even with the help of several others. I ended up paying two charges of $39 to get overline help to no avail.

    There is a problem with the mechanical mechanism for taking the paper. Most of the time, it takes two pages to print instead of one.
