So far so good. I am pleasantly pleased. Works great for home use.

Not a bad little printer. I don't print much, but my printers never seem to last more than a year or so. This one was easy to set up and get started. So far, so good.

I had to return this item as the GEEK agent was unable to set it up. I think a different agent would have set it up successfully. I preferred this HP printer over the Epson one that I purchased

So far it performs as I expected it to. I love the scanning and the color that I get when I'm print something. I'm not sure if I will be able to change the color bottles, but I'm still learning this new machine. I think it was a great buy for all that I can do with it.

This printer is absolutely horrible. Print jobs are sent and about 80% of the time the printer freezes up and the only way to fix the problem is to unplug it, let it reboot, and then try again-sometimes multiple yimes. When sending a print job through the app, it takes forever for the connection to be made, and you are left on the printer app screen unable to do anything else on your phone/computer until the job has been sent. Trying to print a JPEG? You better make sure that you set aside a substantial amount of time. Literally took over an hour to print five black and white screenshots. Simply not worth the time, energy, and frustration. It takes to get even the simplest of print jobs completed. Would give it zero stars if I could. The amount of time I have wasted trying to get things printed is absolutely infuriating.

This barely does the job. It has several flaws. The power cord fits VERY LOOSELY into the machine, so you have to be very careful not to bump it or it disconnects. If I leave it on so it's available for printing anytime, it freezes and the fix is to unplug it from the outlet. It has, at times, printed only the last page of a multiple page job.
Since it's an ink jet printer, I'm not real hopeful about how long the ink will last.
On the plus side, it has pretty good color prints. Easy set up and the price was okay.

Print quality is good. I needed Geek Squad help getting it and my computer to communicate but it probably wouldn't be a problem for someone more tech savvy.

I am using this for school work and love the printer. The Smart Tank 5101 is one of the best printers I have bought. The ink goes on dry and no smearing. The fact that it includes 2 years of ink in the box is a steal! If you are in the market for a printer for School, Work, or Anything this is the printer for you!

It works great. Was a little intimidated filling ink bottles and installing printer heads, but the instructions walk you through it all. The liquid ink is less expensive than the cartridges. Love the fact I won't have to stock pile printer ink cartridges any more.

Good printer for the price. Took me some time to get wireless access to my internet. Not sure what was going on, once connected everything works great.
