Had not thought of a tank printer before. Now I know what I was missing out on. If you do a lot of printing this is the way to go. Printer set up was pretty easy (I'm 70). Prints from smart phone just about anywhere. My wife likes it...enough said.

What a pain! Never had so much trouble setting up a printer in my life. On the phone with Best Buy for an hour. Then had to have Geek Squad come out. Yes, it was user error, BUT I felt the directions were not nearly as clear as with other printers I have had. ALSO, nobody at Best Buy when I bought it in Tucson, AZ told me that here in AZ the ink tanks tend to dry up if something isn't printed every week and they cannot be repaired and then you have to buy a whole new printer. Instead, I should have purchased a laser printer. No one told me that when I was buying the product.

I print everyday, probably at least 50-70 pages per day with color and 100+ pages for black and white. I wanted something that could handle the color printing when needed to have color. The ink filling was easy and mess free. The only con is that you have to buy the more expensive unit to have a loading tray. I am currently on the one that is top loading only. Not a deal breaker but I am loading at least 2x per day on the paper because it doesnt hold over 50 pages.

Thank goodness! I am done with my “Brother” color laser printer. For the cost of toner, I bought an HP-smart tank, Canon Mega Tank, and Epson Eco tank. The inkjet is slower, however, now I am free to explore with color. To compare, I can truly see how “Brother” was ripping me off. Brother would stop printing, reporting low toner levels. I knew better. FYI - Don't print photos, just colored reports, plamphlets.

Machine is small and simple, takes up little space. The set-up is a little more involved than a cannon brand. Additionally I would have wished it had an internet port, but all is well.

This product performs well and looks nice as well. The set-up instructions can be by video or written. I used the written directions and it was fairly simple. The print is crisp and the right depth of color for all the applications I need to do.

Quick and quality prints colors are vibrant and the use is easy.

So much nicer than my 15 year old printer. Love the fact that it has the smart tanks instead of cartridges. Super easy to install and setup. Prints quickly and very cleanly.

Great printer. It does not have 3 years of ink included. My ink lasted for 6 months. I did use it heavily.

Love this product!! I like that i dont have to have a cord connected from the printer to the laptop. All wireless. Nice color and enjoy the way it prints.

This is the best printer I have owned to date, I had to buy for 3 college students and so far it hasn’t disappointed! We’re printing something every day!!

Slow but works with no problems so far. Would recomend for a inexpensive option. Ink lasts

I am very happy with my new HP printer. It fits just great in my armoire. I like the color of printer , off white and light grey. I like the fact that the ink will last to print probably 3,000 pages!

So far, so good. We'd hesitated buying a printer because of all the disappointment from past purchases. This one does what we need it to do even if it doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles.
