Not a great printer and not printing. Taking it back to best buy for technical support

Printer requires using 2G ONLY. I was not told this until my usual computer man came to set everything up. Sad, but perhaps that's why Best Buy lowered the price so much.

Bought it because the person who helped me with the pirchase said it was a really good printer and very easy to install. I purchased it and its just sitting there not being used because I just coul not install it to the wifi. Now im just paying for it and have not even used it once.

Have had problems with it since buying it, it doesn’t connect well and much ink wasted on funky printed pages

Defective, I will be returning it ASAP it can't detect when the paper is loaded and continually requests that paper be loaded into the tray

Every HP printer I’ve purchased has ended up in the return bin. Why does it take 15-20 minutes for this printer to warm up, only to require another 15-20 minutes before a print? The printer is incredibly slow. To make matters worse, it constantly disconnects from Wi-Fi, rendering it completely useless.

Cannot automatically print double sided. Followed directions and put paper in again to print the remaining sheets, and it printed one blank page first which threw all the page numbers off. Huge hassle to print a simple document.

I requested information about this printer from Best Buy's employee or salesman. The problem is that the sellers do not have any idea of this printer. In addition to the four containers of Ink, the printer had in addition two cartridges' which must also be installed. The cost of replacing the ink plus the cartridges must be high, but the sellers had no idea. The printer had a limited capacity to put paper. Therefore, I opted to return the printer. opted

Very difficult to set up. Directions says go to the website. The directions and website directions are not the same. I have had it for 3 weeks still not connected to wifi. Had to hire Geek Squad to connect it.

The printer itself is only okay. It takes a lot longer to print items than expected and there's an error message about the ink cartridge's more often than expected.

This is a wireless computer. I should have gotten a wired in one. It was a nightmare to hookup it’s already booted itself off my WiFi network for no reason. All I can say is thank god for HP tech support

I was very disappointed in this printer. I set it up to my cell and was able to print one page. Then it would not reconnect to wifi and nothing I did would fix it. Neither my laptop or the cell could find the printer again. It is not user friendly. The APP I downloaded was unhelpful as was the chat and the written directions. Two other people came to assist and were unable to fix it. I returned it.

terrible customer service, product will not print consistly. i hired outside tech to help gety it set upo spent $200 and still not reliable printer.

I hate this printer. Its very slow when it comes to scanning. Am going to return it

I did not like that it does not print double wide on its own you would have to reload the paper to print Tom the other side

Still haven't been able to set it up. It will copy, but not print. Power cord is loose. It doesn't stay in.

Even thoughthe name has 'Smart' in it - it is lacking that for sure. Constantly jumps off the networks, takes forever to print, etc

The paper consistently jams. It states it holds up to 100 pieces of paper I only put 50 in and after two pages it jammed. I put 10 in the area just enough for the job. Every other page it jammed. On top of that the print got lighter and lighter. The ink levels are full. I will be returning this the printer. I do not recommend this printer.
