its ok not as fast as i wish but it does get the job done great price

Easy to set up. Print is excellent. Much better than a cartridge type printer. Color is very good.

Works great only annoying part is anyone that doesn't want to connect to the printers wifi will have to have the HP app and connect as a guest. Makes it kinda difficult for air BNBs when the guests are not so tech savvy

What a pain! Never had so much trouble setting up a printer in my life. On the phone with Best Buy for an hour. Then had to have Geek Squad come out. Yes, it was user error, BUT I felt the directions were not nearly as clear as with other printers I have had. ALSO, nobody at Best Buy when I bought it in Tucson, AZ told me that here in AZ the ink tanks tend to dry up if something isn't printed every week and they cannot be repaired and then you have to buy a whole new printer. Instead, I should have purchased a laser printer. No one told me that when I was buying the product.

It’s a great printer but challenging to set up. I have experience with other inkjets but this one tested my religion (if you know what I mean). Now that it’s up and running, though, we really like it. The price was great as well…it was on sale

I bought the HP printer at Best Buy. I had a very difficult time setting it up, even with the help of the Geek squad. Finally I reached out to HP and they set it up on my computers quite easily. So far it is working very well and I am pleased with the printer.

It was not easy to get the communication established. I tried every troubleshooting suggestion . I had to go through buckeye brainiacs and the Best buy geek squad for the setup. The device works fine now.

A first timer using a printer in over 20 years, the HP 5101 was easy enough for a 71 yr old-time. The set-up was easy enough to follow w/instructions. The shock & joy at the quality for the usage I have. The HP Laptop I purchased along with the printer at Best Buy has made me a return buyer at Best Buy. Check it for yourself!

Printer was easy to set up. The print quality is very clear even on a financial report. Colors are true. The printer takes a few seconds to get ready to print but once it does the printing is fast. An HP rep was in the store on day of purchase and she was extremely helpful in helping us select this printer. Very pleased with this printer

very easy to set up and connect to blue tooth, also love that each color is independent and don't have to buy expensive cartridges just for a single color, would recommend to all

So far, this looks like a great printer. What makes it even better is the affordable ink option—unlike other printers where the ink cost is so high that I eventually gave up on printing altogether and threw my old printer away. I believe this ink option will finally give me a reason to reconnect with printing again.
