    Prints, scans & copies well but is only a single document feed. Large ink tanks is convenient but operation is not intuitive and instructions included are minimal. Sales staff described operation inaccurately. I would recommend having Geek Squad install, setup & demonstrate.

    I think most of my issues stem from connection to wifi. I have given up and use a cord from the printer to the laptop to make sure that the printing job is completed without mishaps. It does the job, but requires patience.

    This is the BEST printer I ever had. I never knew that my wish could come true about not having to install the skimpy cartridges for ink that were so expensive and didnt go far. I am amazed how nicely it prints and set up is a breeze

    I've only had the printer a couple of weeks but I love it. It will do so many more things than I've ever been able to do before. The app is great. It was expensive, but I was more than willing to pay up front to avoid the frustration, inconvenience and expense of buying more ink cartridges. Filing the ink tanks was not a bit messy. No ink comes out when you invert the bottle. So far, this the best printer I've ever owned.
