This printer is perfect! I was looking for a tank printer and ALWAYS buy HP. It arrived quickly and was a breeze to set up. It prints better than any other printer I've owned or used. I'm very happy with everything about this printer. I've recommended it to a couple of other people who were looking for new printers.

Great printer, instructions were easy to read, making it easy to set up the printer. The mobile App is a plus, and a must have. Like the fact that it uses non ink cartridges, and that they last as long as they do. Also convinient that you can order replacement ink online, or set up auto deliver.

Tried to add this brand new printer to multiple computers, and phones, and none could find and add it. I had multiple employees try as well, and even computer tech at the company, but no joy. I took it to best buy geek squad, but they are not allowed to add a printer to a computer due to virus possibilities. Best buy returned it with no issues. Im hapoybwith best best, but disappointed with this model. The smart tank 600 models are not available anymore, but worked great. This 700 series isnt a better option. Unfortunately, we will most likely buy the 800 series as we like the design of the 600 series, amd it always workes great.

I really love this printer. I hates to read instructions. I read very little of the instructions and still managed to set it up with very little trouble. Another plus is you don't have to worry about the ink. You can print thousands of pages before refilling the tanks. Thanks HP for the excellent printer

Nice printer! I only gave it 4 stars because of issues setting it up. I couldn’t get it set up for wireless printing via the instructions given. I called their help line and the rep followed totally different instructions, which worked. So, my question is why did I have to waste time being frustrated and then on the phone with a rep when they have instructions that work and I didn’t? Note, many reviews also stated they had the same issue with setting it up for wireless.

Nice tank printer in sale much better than cartridge ink

Awesome printer overall. Filling the ink reservoirs was very easy with great instructions. Connecting over wifi is nice but remember to go to the printer to grab the randomly generated WPS pin that it will print when you intimate the addition of the device. Ink is between $25 and half the price CHEAPER to refill the ink levels over printers using older cartridges. Highly recommended product.

This printer is working well so far. We like the size and overall ease-of-use.

This printer has great functionality! Great print speed. Appreciate that i can print and scan legal size paper in addition to letter. Love the ink tanks and hope this saves me last minute trips to purchase ink cartridges that never seem to print the number of pages they promise!
