Quality of print is really good. Color is bright.

Set up was not complicated and linking to our internet was as well. I a 81 y.o., so these facts are remarkable

This printer was not so easy to set up. However filling the the ink went smoothly. Printing is good quality. It appears that there will be considerable savings on ink.

I purchased this printer because I was tired of buying cartridges. When it was installed, I discovered that it is definitely not a stand alone printer. It was not going to meet my usage requirements so I returned it.

This item is excellent for you office. There may be a little higher cost upfront but you will make it up in buying ink for this machine. Copies are clear and crisp.

Has innumerable problems and i am going to have to return. Issues are intermittant, such as printing a prior completed print job everytime I reboot my laptop, stopping suddenly in the middle of a 250 oage print job ..make sure EVERY page you print is numbered or it's a huge waste of time. Now the top copy dec has developed a line across the page when it prints. I love the smart tank ink process amd its economical but i should have remembered that HP only males JUNK...for almost $600!! Run away from this one...no wonder they are on sale at a ridiculously low price compared to my purchase...i have sworn at it just about everyday for the last two ywars. It"s juat a pain to tear everything apart and truck 40.miles round trip to the store. Bad purchase!

It works great, looks just like the picture and I'm thrilled that I won't have to buy ink for 2 years

Total junk printer. I had it for 1 year, a week after the warranty expired it stopped working. First it said I needed ink. I got ink which cost 70.00 plus dollars. After adding ink, it said the Print Head failure. I followed their troubleshooting guide, nothing fixed it. Then I had to spend another 100.00 plus dollars to buy new print heads. That didn't work either. Still displays Printhead Failure. So I have now spent almost the same amount of money trying to fix the printer than what the printer cost. Tried contacting HP with no luck. All i got were automated messages and an AI agent. Will never buy another HP product again. Total Trash printer

Not as nice as the 8610 that is replacing. No Fax, flimsy in-feed for scanning documents. But.. it doesn't have those crappy little printer cartridges.

Good printing speed and the ink levels are great. Connecting to the network is a little tricky and sometimes the printing from the iPhone is a little too be desired.

Like most HP printerz, super easy to set up and use. Love the ink tank option now.
