fast cclean printer, large paper tray, prints very nice

high quality printing, fast too, much better than Epson.

So far so good! Very quiet and pretty fast. My only concern is that it lets out too much ink when printing in color. But I’m really pleased with it.

This Hewlett-Packard printer is an amazing piece of equipment.. he was very easy to connect to Wi-Fi out of the box and has not had any problems whatsoever with paper jams. I have used a lot of the ink already and the level is still very high. I would recommend this item to a friend

Initially we bought an HP Ink Jet Pro printer which we did not like. We exchanged it for this HP Smart Tank printer, and we have loved it. Great features, clear printing, great color. It is fully worth the higher price.

My old printer was 15yrs old when it died. I purchased this one because it had positive reviews for printing picture, the pictures are not robust, the colors are muted. Not very happy with that part. The paper tray is extremely difficult to remove and refill, it is not very well thought out machine, an older person would have a hard time refilling the paper tray.

Love this printer. Yes, there are less expensive printers available, but I will no longer have to mess with getting a quality replacement printer cartridge. Adding the ink is easy, just follow the directions. Printer seems faster then stated and I love the the effortless 2 sided printing option. My wife was able to scan and copy with no complaints (she is not tech savvy). This review is not written the day I get home. It is months old printer now and I can truly say it has been put to the test.

Looks great! I am a bit intimidated by the ink set up, but the instructions are easy to read and help is accessible, if need be. I am not great with technology anymore, as I spent the last 20 years working directly with people and minimal tech. This printer does everything you need for a home office while also being easy to use. I like it. Thank you!

Easy to operate and setup was simple. Clarity of print great!

I like the print & scan quality ... I had difficulty with the printer being offline constantly. I think I may have solved that issue [my Xfinity vs mesh system, I'm now using ethernet cables]...time will tell.

Nothing to dislike better then last one and i like it prints on both sides of paper.

I have always purchased HP Printers over the past 25 years. They have always been great and gave me great copies until it was time for them to quit. After purchasing this one, it is the best of the bunch. It makes beautiful copies in color and in black and white. I really like the paper tray as it does not stick out so far that you have to watch out when you walk by in a limited space. I am looking forward to not having to change the ink all the time! I am very happy that I purchased this model for my office. Advancement is so wonderful!

Love this printer. I had orignally purchased a lower grade model, but it was defective. The replacement was also defective. So I upgraded to this model and love it. It prints very quickly and comes with a ton of ink. I am actually glad that the lower grade models were defective and I was forced to upgrade!

Great printer so far! Not sure what else to say. I think the ink will pay off in the long run

Expensive printers but the the way the ink system is on these, is why people buy them. Really does save money. Prince really nice and scans nice. No problem at all with that.

We purchased our new HP printer for it's dependability. This model has no need for costly ink cartridges. You simply fill the 4 tanks with the supply of ink the printer comes with, no mess and lasts up to 2 years. Prints fantastic and is wireless. It was easy to look up printers on the Best Buy website,compare models and purchase. My local Best buy has it ready in less than an hour for pick up. I am very happy with everything. Thanks, Ed R.

Its only been a month but overall its good. Still trying to figure out some functions but the tank feature is better than cartridges in my opinion
