Easy install and value on savings on ink. This HP smart tank was surprisingly awesome.

Perhaps it may appear a little overpriced but the 2-years ink supply included makes up for it on this multiple function printer. Set is not completed if you carefully follow the instructions and app. We will report about production quality as we use this device a little further.

This printer has a smaller footprint that my older hp. It prints well. Set up was easy and quick. I like the smart tank feature very much.

The buying experience was very good. The clerks who helped me were very knowledgable and helped me understand the pros and cons of several printers that I was interested in. The printer was relatively easy to set up. The ink went in easily with no mess. It prints well. In our house, it services two computers. From mine, it wouldn't offer options to print in color, but from my husbands, it did. I contacted HP chat agent who led me through a procedure to fix the problem. That involved over an hour of time, but it works now, so I am happy. However, she did try to get me to buy an additional warrantee.

This thing is awesome! Colors are crisp. Very easy to use off of your phone or laptop. HP has always been my choice of printer

This is the most wasy to use, efficient, and high quality printer I have owned. Used many other brands, but HP has been the best so far. I would dwfinately recommend this to anyone looking for a printer.

So far I like everything about the printer. Trying to set up the scan feature. The printing quality is very clear.

So far so good although set up was a bit complicated even with the HP smart app. The instruction manual was horrible. Putting the included ink in the ink tanks was not explained anywhere. So "heads up" Do Not squeeze the ink bottles when you turn them over and put them in the ink tank slots. Learned the hard way because eventually they fill (but no where does it state not to squeeze) Had a small mess after the 1st attempt. Was able to clean up but not perfection. Seems to print well so far at a reasonable speed. Its a decent printer for home use but not a quality office printer. Time will tell on this one.

Was well.packaged, procting it from damage. Easy to set up. Instructions along with online vidro, well done. Easy to load ink with no mess. Print qaulity is good. I think the pricr is high, but I am hoping to make up for it, in savings on ink.

I worked with HP folks at the store and they demonstrated the printer for me. I brought it home and set it up and is working great.

As with any new piece of equipment, it took a while to get this printer set up and connected to my desktop. I will say it was not as easy as the sales agent said to get the initial set up complete. I had to call the Geek Squad for assistance! However, once it was set up, I love this printer! Would recommend to all.

I'm obsessed with this one. The best quality I've ever seen. You even can print pictures.

So far so good. Love the Supertank ink. Printer and scanner is easy to use. Prints a little slower than I would like but I'm a little impatient.

This has been the easiest printer to install. I am not a tech, just an every day person. It's wireless. I can print from my laptop or mobile phone. The ink cartridges are easy to install! I highly recommend this printer!
