Customers consistently note the positive aspects of the Spectre 2-in-1's touchscreen, performance, ease of use, and battery life. Many appreciate its design and lightweight nature. However, some criticisms focus on the included pen and the inability to upgrade the RAM. A few users also mentioned the laptop can get warm during extended use.

Very happy with this laptop. I’ve have had zero issues with it. Love the screen resolution and the larger screen. By choice, I bought the larger laptop and accept that it is physically bigger and heavier than the ultra-portables, but the bigger screen is a worthwhile tradeoff for me. Although it doubles as a tablet and works well in that mode when on my lap, I don’t think I’ll use it that way for carrying around and taking notes with the pen - due to its size and weight it’s a bit awkward to hold that way over a longer period of time. Overall, it is a beautiful, well-built, solid laptop. Love it and very glad I chose it.

Not worth buying IMHO. Go for the ASUS Zenbook

I was not at all impressed with this laptop. Small NVME and a huge pain in the butt to upgrade it to a larger one and transfer files from old to new (for me anyway). Couldn't upgrade the RAM, and Holy Fingerprints Batman. The finish picks up every little bit of oils from your hands and leaves marks everywhere and so within an hour of buying this laptop it looked rough. HP decided to use Torks size 5 screws rather than standard Phillip's head making me buy a whole new toolset just to get into it. The wifi was not 6e compatible so limited my Gig bandwidth to 100mb/sec. My old laptop had a 6e card and could pull down 800mb/sec (on an older laptop). Sad. As you can imagine this laptop was returned promptly and bought ASUS Zenbook 2in1 15.6" OLED for only 200 bucks more. Bigger NVME, better screen (albeit slightly smaller), no fingerprints!!! And came with wifi 6e out of the box. Highly recommend the ASUS over this HP. Do your homework before buying this laptop and be sure what you're really getting. Although sometimes you just don't know until you try it out. Thanks Best Buy for being so flexible with your return policies. It's reassuring to know that if you accidentally buy garbage, you won't be stuck with it.

Better than expected. Resolution is what i was looking for and it is good. It seems going highest resolution drains battery fast, so i go a bit lower in res. when I'm running on battery, i feel that prolongs the battery life.
I'm not a fan of the color. But, I'm a big fan of the metal body. The colors seem to change with the warmth of the body (palm rest especially), but it seems to go back to the original color.
Intel chip feels good. you can charge with USB battery tank, but it does it slowly.

Great laptop! Super pleased with this purchase. The keyboard is responsive. The screen is crisp and clear and the touch portion is responsive. Great clean colors on the screen. The processor handles multiple tasks at once with no lag. The color of the laptop is beautiful and I searched high and low for a blue laptop with this configuration. The only con is that it fingerprints on the outside very, very easily. So does the track pad, but it's not a deal breaker. My biggest con for this device is the battery. I would like to have a bit more time before recharging. I have to recharge after ~6 hours of usage (maybe that's pretty good, but I rather not have to be as mindful of charging).

Great performance and reliable operation.
The TotalTech staff completed the data transfer from the old computer (Surface) and instruction on new HP. The staff worked with me over several visits to make sure backup was functional, desktop folders were duplicated as I preferred, and any questions were resolved. The TotalTech staff was very well trained on the Microsoft Surface, the HP Spectre, and the Windows Operating System.

- Fast processor
- It is a bit bulky to be used as a tablet

First off I should say that I got this laptop on sale for $500 off which is a great value. The laptop itself is very solid build quality, the screen looks great and it has a very satisfying typing experience with the keyboard. The battery life is solid I would guess around 7-8 hours without official testing. However I do think they could include a 1TB SSD and a discrete graphics card for their MSRP of $1649. I would never buy it for that price, but I do think that if you get this on sale it is a good value.

Wonderful laptop that works for all needs. I am able to do so much on this that I finally feel like I can keep up with my ADHD. The speed is fantastic and I have not had any problems with programs, memory, or my drives. I love this and would only trade it in for the exact same thing in a few years.
