    It’s powerful and relatively quiet. I’m an ultra runner and find this very helpful, only downside is that I’ve had to buy three in the past four years. Oh well, kinda like shoes.

    This vibrating massage ball changed my life. I ise it daily to massage any tight spot or knots pretty much anywhere except the neck maybe. Followed by stretching and exercise, it’s a perfect routine. Also regarding price- It’s the best on the market in terms of quality. You get what you pay for.

    I love the 3 different settings, it really helps me work out the Knots all over. However, when you put too much prssure on it, it will turn off. I would suggest a cover over the button so it doesnt cycle through vibration levels and turn off.
